Tatl or Midna. Most nintendo characters are one dimensional and serve only for plot advancement. Tatl and Midna made you legitimately care about them, you understood those two characters and felt like you knew them on a personal level. There are only a dozen or so characters in video game history that get you emotionally attached to them like those two do
