We'll definitely know before the anime catches up to manga chapter 560 when Madara's voice will be heard. Madara's voice was left out in the PS3 battle between Hashirama, and is not a playable character in order to hide Tobi's true identity.

I'm ofc hoping it will be revealed long before this.
