Looks:
Ling is tall, rather muscular yet lean man. He has silky long black hair, which he often takes pride in, tied in a ponytail by a white band. Spiky bangs hang over his face, often obscuring one of his eyes while also framing the sides of his face. Ling's outfit, a goldenrod shirt which bears a white flame pattern at the base and cuffs, small wing decals at the collar, and a large bird's head marking on the back worn open to reveal his bare torso. He also wears baggy white trousers. On his back rests a Dao sword, which is suspended across his back by a white, bandage like sword strap. The sword, rather than being sheathed, is wrapped in a white silk bandage. His forearms and abdomen are also wrapped in strips of white silk cloth called sarashi.
Ling generally maintains a permanent fusion with at least one of his Ninken, hosting them within his body while also allowing at least one of their appendages to manifest on his body. The default choice is a tail, which he allows to droop out from the gap between his pants and the ribbon-knotted bandage that serves as his belt. However depending on his mood other appendages may sprout, such as the ears of his High Breeds and so on.
When travelling Ling has a tendency to switch with one of his High Breeds, making them the main host instead and thus adopting the body of his Ninken for the journey.
Personality:
On the surface, Ling comes off as a rather silly and lighthearted person, frequently engaging in comical behavior and retaining his oft-present grin even while making threats. He displays a childlike amusement for new situations whether or not they prove adverse or even potentially fatal. On the reverse side of his frivolous nature is his considerable shrewdness, which makes him quite capable of reading people and situations in order to manipulate them to his liking. He is particularly observant, taking into consideration even the smallest details of his surroundings in order to better understand and deal with challenges and, despite his lofty position, he is not above using cheap tricks or questionable tactics to ensure his own survival. Being singularly ambitious, Ling has a remarkably tenacious will that allows him to overcome virtually insurmountable obstacles and accept inhuman burdens for the sake of his ultimate goal. He has considerable pride that will not stand for having his humanity insulted or condemned by his enemies, but he is also capable of shelving his pride if it becomes something that will stand in the way of his objective.
Ling however has a rather sinful alter ego; Greed. As the name suggests, this side of Ling seeks only to have everything succumb to his wishes, he wants money; fame; riches beyond belief; and respect. Greed wants the whole bloody world to be sitting in the palm of his hand. His greed knows no bounds, yet he is determined to let 'the bounds' know greed. He mocks people for the sake of it, perhaps in an attempt to ascertain and sustain his elevated position. Establishing dominance over others is both a goal and a hobby, he likes to have a level of hierarchy above all others, simply because it's right; the way it should be. He does things for no one other than himself, making him a rather cynical and meticulous person. He will co-operate if it's in his best interest, and stab you through both the front and back when it isn't. He likes to be in control, to him power is pleasurably intoxicating, but only because he allows it to be so; and despite his immense avarice, Greed has incredible self control and discipline. Much like Ling he's rather sagacious, and is capable of shelving pleasure and luxury for greater means. Greed is a megalomaniac; he heavily believes in his own worth, his power, his looks, mind and intellect. While he accepts and welcomes his faults, he strongly believes that he transcends most other beings; a prodigy among prodigies, a genius among geniuses. He also accepts that he is a megalomaniac, and on several occasions proudly states so himself; stating that it would be wrong to give lacking appraisal to an amazing being such as himself, so the only thing he can do is over appraise so as to give the most accurate representation possible. He often argues that it would be wrong to judge a beautifully lustrous diamond in a league of its own as just a diamond, it would be much more befitting to call it a perfect diamond, even if it does have a few minor flaws. With such an argument Greed justifies his megalomania and narcissism, sometimes even taking humor in it. Due to this Greed often emanates a boastful, overbearing yet dignified aura, which can prove overwhelming to lesser beings.
In conclusion, Ling suffers from, or rather revels in dissociative identity disorder, except that he has no problems with recalling his memory. Despite their different personalities, the two do share some aspects in common, such as their shrewdness, and their magnanimous natures. It also seems that over time Greed has become more prevalent, some of his traits often appearing within Ling's own personality, perhaps an indicator of the two personalities beginning to merge to become one.
However it does not end there. Existing as a third factor that weights heavily on Ling's personality is his mental bond with his Ninken. Being deeply and inextricably linked with three beings - being privy to their deepest thoughts and feelings and even being capable of viewing the world through their eyes and their senses just as they can do the same for him has had a profound effect on Ling. Even after all these years the minds of his High Breed, while familiar, still seem foreign and alien - they are different, inhuman, a completely different species and Ling eventually came to the realisation that no matter how many years or decades passed; there would still be more to learn about his partners. For him they would forever remain an enigma, just as for them he would too. However that is not to say that he did not know them - for he did. Their mannerism, thought patterns and personality, all of these were as familiar to him as his very own. That which was foreign to him proved that he was still human, while every detail that he knew of them, every agreement that he reached with them proved that he was perhaps more inhuman than he should be, and they too, were more human than they would be had they remained un-bonded.
Consumed by a turmoil of emotions, Ling's personality is far warped from what it once was. Demented, and as prone to fits of rage as he is dissociation and apathy, he is inclined to coil the lines between whimsical flights of fancy and narcissism when acting. Ultimately, Ling's personality is a map caught within a storms whirlwind, the only thing he can ever truly be trusted to be is complicated.

Fighting Style:


Ling is a member of the Inuzuka clan, and is well-versed in their techniques and capabilities. Due to this he displays notable prowess in physical combat, having reactions, reflexes, strength and speed that all surpass that of a typical Ninja. Furthermore, his senses are heightened far beyond that of the norm, having increased smell, hearing, and better vision in the dark. (However, unlike Kiba, Ling is not an idiot, and will therefore not lose to a fart.)

Ling is a student of Oversoul, first discovering a Ninja's ability to manipulate cloth while in Sunagakure, and then later delving into becoming a practitioner of a cloth based art alongside his kindred Iwarian friends.

Being a practitioner of Oversoul, he happens to carry with him a variety of cloths at all times. He carries an abundance of filling, stitching, threading, materials and needles within a separate pouch. The inside of his shirt and his additional pouch are also equipped with needles and pre-made teddies - generally typical humanoid sack puppets, rather malicious looking stuffed bunnies, and a traditional teddy-bear with a modern twist which colours it half black and half white, with a jagged shaped red eye on its darker side - entitled Monokuma. Sometimes he purposely carries extra clothing such as dark cloaks, over-shawls, mufflers and so on to utilize for various purposes via his Oversoul mastery.

Being both the founder and a specialist of the Mantis Fist; Ling gains all of the inherent bonuses granted to practitioners of the style.

In youth, one fateful encounter with a pregnant wolf gifted him with two High Breed pups, his companions forevermore. He also has a Standard Ninken pup, gifted to him by his clan.​

Description: After decades of research and selective breeding the High Breed were born, the High Breed, bred to be genetically superior to all other Ninkens immediately displayed talents that completely overshadowed that of lesser breeds from a young age. High Breed's are born with a more robust constitution, resulting in them being larger, stronger and faster than other breeds. They also look far more wolf-like as a result of their wolf-rich bloodline. High Breeds display savage intellect, and are capable of exercising great cunning and problem solving abilities; and as a result of their advanced intellect they have gained the ability of articulation. Other talents include a healing factor, senses twice as strong as a normal Ninken's, and a greater synergy with their Inuzuka counterparts; resulting in fusion and transformation techniques used with a High Breed being a third larger, with time-limited fusion techniques having their duration increased by two turns. However High Breed's have been known to reject their Inuzuka counterparts, entering into a faux relationship for a time, and then turning on their paired Inuzuka the moment they have grown large enough to kill their ill-suited partners. As a result the High Breed were kept secret and many voted for their extermination, but in the end they were merely banished into the woods of Konohagakure, kept alive in case the clan should have need for them in the future. However, should a High Breed fully accept an Inuzuka a most curious phenomenon will occur in which both the High Breed and Inuzuka will become mentally linked, capable of sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other, with such a deeply intimate bond being the absolute apex of a Inuzuka and Ninken bond. A High Breeds ability to 'smell' chakra is also unprecedented, far outstripping that of Ninken such as Akamaru as they are capable of accurately gauging the strength of opponents and techniques among other things. (To be explored further in techniques). Lastly, as a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create High Breeds, many High Breeds have experienced genetic mutations, some more simple, such as heterochromia, others more noticeable such as having multiple tails, a paw that's far larger than others, exceptionally long claws and so on. The High Breed also hold a greater affinity to chakra than normal Ninken, ensuring that they excel at walking on water, tree climbing and chakra based Inuzuka techniques, with their actual chakra being dense and bountiful, holding a chakra supply equal to half of their Inuzuka partner and also possessing an affinity towards at least one element. (A high breed cannot use Ninjutsu or elemental Taijutsu (Aside from Inuzuka techniques of course) by default, instead their supposed affinities are there to be explored in future techniques).


Note:

- Must either be posted in the users bio (Along with an explanation of how they met a High Breed and a description of their High Breed) or posted at the start of a battle. (In which case their High Breed by default will simply look like a wolf that, for it's age, is up to twice larger than any known Ninken.)

- Kuromaru - the only Ninken who has displayed articulation abilities to date, is a High Breed descendant, and is the result of an experiment to water down the thick blood of High Breeds to create a less talented, yet as a result more tame, and still somewhat remarkable Ninken.

- High Breeds receive a +20 damage boost to their Inuzuka techniques, and are a rank faster than their Inuzuka counterpart.

- High Breeds are capable of healing faster than normal Ninkens, on it's own this means little in battle, aside from the fact that they are capable of recovering from minor scratches over the course of three turns, and that they rarely suffer from fatigue, capable of running for days on end without tiring.
( Hyōjun Ninken ) - Standard Ninja Dog

Description: The user's Ninken are among the main breed of dogs, the breed widely available to every Inuzuka as a default. These dogs are capable of using all of the Inuzuka canon techniques but with added effects as well as unique abilities exclusive to the main breed, unable to be obtained by custom breeds. Commonly used as the tracker dogs, these dog move at a speed equivalent to double that of a Jounin ranked Increased Speed Specialist and have a tracking level of x2 as well as up to 3 landmarks away. In addition to this, they are capable of ingesting Medical Pills, enhancing their physical abilities through the use of them. However, this is unique to the Standard Breed of dogs.

Note: This is a passive technique, meant to describe the Ninken, and does not entail a sort of manipulation.



Lycoan:

Lycoan is a rather large; muscular four year old ninken, with a sleek velutinous dark grey coat; highlighted with light grey markings. Although he is not nearly as large as Eldest, sizing in at five and a half feet shoulder height. Lycoan's coat often glistens a marvelous silver under the moonlight, and a emerald green colour under the sunlight; making him a particularly spectacular sight. Lycoan is unexpectedly large and well muscled for his age, having a broad frontal body crowned by exceptionally long mane like chest hairs, being a testament to his stature and giving him a alpha wolf look. His hind legs are well rounded and chiseled, but are also fairly lean; giving him great balance, speed and strength. He has a long furry tail and also has a platinum chain around his left paw. Lycoan's eyes are a deep sapphire colour, he has a large snout and pronged ears. The hair at the peak of his head is spiked backwards, giving him a hedgehog like appearance. Lycoan's strength is unmatched upon many a ninken, Lycoan easily being able to tear a fully grown man to shreds. He also has a equally large stamina pool to complement his raw brute strength. He is completely loyal to Ling Yao. Lycoan is often cautious of people, and in battle he allows his instincts to flow out, fighting fearlessly and ferociously.

Eldest:

Eldest is the largest and most aggressive of the three, because unlike the other two Eldest is of the Standard Ninja dog breed, and Ling has had him the longest. His solution to most problems is violence, that is not to say however that he is incapable of reasoning or critical thinking, but rather that he believes in the effectiveness and importance of brute force. Eldest shoulder height towers at a massive 7 feet above ground, his fur colour is jet black.


Silver:

Silver is the smallest, youngest and only female of the three. Her coat is a glossy silver and, despite being both younger and smaller than her siblings, she seems confident that she will one day outgrow the both of them. Her shoulder height stands at a humble four feet, and her most distinguishing features are her heterochromia eyes, one blue and one violet, and the fact that she has not one, not two, but rather three smooth bushy tails that extend outwards from her rear. Out of the three she posses the most humour and is light-hearted of demeanour, and also shows the most compassion and tenderness.

Fenrir's Oblige:

Permanently maintained, this technique allows Ling and his High Breeds to freely fuse and defuse. The Inuzuka generally functions as the main, host body, however the host body can be switched at will and as such multiple entities, including the Inuzuka, can inhabit the body of one of the High Breed wolves and so on. Furthermore appendages from those housed within the host can be made to emerge, thus in the case of an Inuzuka host they can manifest a tail, wolf ears, claws and so on.

Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the users body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four Legged Beast' transformation as a perquisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the users senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka however will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply, and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging however is not instant, instead it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the hosts body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat, but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead.


Note:

- Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio, and is active at all times. (In the case of the users bio, the user will be incapable of using more than two techniques on their first post in a battle or event, and will suffer the respective chakra cost too)

- In the case of deactivation (On the users account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of the move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time.

- This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka's. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely cancelling the previous transformation, instead they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions)

- For the purpose of this technique, normal Ninkens will each have a supply of 200 chakra that the user is capable of accessing.

Having mastered Fuuinjutsu, Ling has taken the liberty of applying multiple fuuinjutsu glyphs to both his body and the inside of his clothes.


Fuuinjutsu Seals:
(Fuuin: Bachi no Fukyuu) - Sealing Technique: Bane of the Immortal

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.U]


(Shiraton/Fūinjutsu: Jikai Kairo) – Mystic Fire Release/Sealing Technique: Cygnus Loop

Description: This technique employs a tag seal with the word ‘Repository’ inscribed on it and placed somewhere on the user’s body or on a weapon; in the case of a weapon the weapon must remain in contact with the user at all times. The seal can either be placed on the user’s biography and stated or placed during travel or battle, counting as a move. Cygnus Loop is a technique which utilizes Fūinjutsu’s ability to seal infinite quantities of various objects within a vessel, in this case the Cygnus seal. This acts as an effect chakra storage unit and can store infinite quantities of chakra absorbed and drained from another target through two methods. The first method passively allows the seal to link itself to the user’s absorptive techniques, such as the Multiple Infinite Embraces. Typically the Embraces will drain chakra and immediately deposit it in the user’s body; with the Cygnus seal this chakra is instead deposited in the seal itself. The second method is through the seal’s unique relationship with Mystic Fire Release and Fūinjutsu allowing the user to utilize Ultraviolet Radiance, a technique based on the Cygnus seal. Regardless of the application used when chakra is drained from an opponent or their techniques the chakra will be deposited within the seal. In essence Cygnus Loop acts as a bank and middleman. When chakra is stored in the seal the chakra is ‘purified’ within the seal. This effectively converts stolen chakra back into raw chakra. For example, should the user absorb Fire chakra and store it within the seal it will be converted into stored chakra and made readily available for the user to use for a future technique. Alternatively stored chakra can be freely absorbed into the user’s body to replenish their reserves. The Cygnus seal itself is an A-Rank seal and is fortified as such due to its relationship and infusion of Mystic Fire.

(Fuuin: Kanbatsu Jakunen Metsubou) - Sealing Technique: Law of the Logia

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

(Ototon/Fuuinjutsu: Kodoku no Boumei) - Sound/Sealing Technique: Solitude of the Exile

Description: The user will have two seals on their body with the Kanji for "Solitude" infused with their sound chakra. The seals are located inside the ear canal (must be stated in the user's biography) and will activate automatically upon any chakra infused sound (not just the element) or technique entering the user's ear. The seal will then emit a sound wave with an amplitude opposite that of the invasive technique so that destructive interference occurs and the two cancel each other out. The seals will maintain the frequency for as long as the sound is being heard/transmitted by the opponent, allowing this jutsu to counter not only momentary techniques but those which are sustained or prolonged. This technique's use lies only in preventing chakra-infused sounds being heard and as such it's use is largely limited to countering Sound Genjutsu and similar abilities. The activation of this technique is instant (but still counts as a move) so it can intercept and cancel sound-based techniques before they're heard. As such, the user is free to perform techniques in the same time-frame (even if the seals are still actively transmitting to cancel a sustained frequency). These seals cancel chakra-infused sounds before they can affect the body by stopping them as they pass through the ear canal and so it essentially prevents illusions from taking effect. This means seals which activate upon foreign chakra entering the user's body will not be triggered. This technique can only counter one technique at a time and only one technique per use (counters up to and including S-Ranks).

Description: The user will have four seals on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Curse” that can be passively activated (instant but still counts as a move) whenever the opponent uses a technique. The seal will will release an intangible barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by a quarter . The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to three-quarters it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 90 damage (Forbidden Rank). The barrier is destroyed soon after coming into contact with the technique if it exceeds a traditional S-Rank in power but not before it leeches a quarter of it’s chakra in order to weaken it by the same degree. The user can instead activate two barriers rather than one to reduce the targeted technique to half it’s original power rather than a quarter. This will count as two of the user’s three moves per turn. This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them. Due to the barrier’s intangibility, it will can work on solid techniques as well as liquids, gases and energy-based techniques. It will also only shatter against non-physical techniques due to their ability to clash with the intangible barrier. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated (still counts as a move) is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu. This technique can be used thrice per battle, be it three usages of the single version, three usages of the double version or any variation/combination of the two.

Description: A seal with the word 'Maintain' will be placed somewhere on the users body. The seal will passively drain chakra from the user which it will then redirect into the surroundings so as to detect attempts at manipulating space (affords no other kind of sensory). When a technique that seeks to distort space/time is utilised within the users vicinity (Mid range radius) this seal will activate, passively draining chakra from the user to erect a barrier that will instantly spread outwards and prevent the space time continuum from being manipulated - in effect the seal will serve to neutralize space time techniques such as summoning jutsu, or techniques that utilise portals such as 'Stick Earth Drop' from being utilised as it forcibly maintains the fabric of space and time. The seal activates automatically upon detecting an attempt at space/time manipulation, and is effective against such jutsu up to, and including A rank. However it is wholly ineffective against S ranked space time manipulation (Such as S rank summoning techniques as the jutsu utilises more chakra than this technique to bring a stronger summon to the field, however it will still be effective against lower ranked space time techniques even if the substance that they attempt to bring to the field is higher ranked)

Note:
- The user can start the battle with the seal already placed, in which case it must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio. Otherwise the user will have to manually place the seal, which counts as a move and can only be done twice.
- The seal can only activate once per turn, and the user cannot use Fuinjutsu above A rank the turn after it triggers.
- The seal passively drains 5 chakra from the user per turn
- When triggered, a barrier of the appropriate strength will be set up (i.e A rank to counter A rank S/T) that will prevent the space time technique and last for that turn. An A rank barrier can be set up once, and a B rank barrier can only be set up twice. For C rank and below however, on account of there being virtually no S/T techniques that weak barring the summoning of certain lesser animals, the barrier can be triggered continuously to prevent these critters from taking to the field.
- As activation is passive, (But does count towards move count) the user is free to continue as normal.
- Won't work on 'Flying Thunder God' as it is a S ranked Space-Time technique.


Weaponry:
Perhaps more important than any other of his other physical possessions is the weapon core. It speaks to him, he hears it. Its whispers of powers promise him the fate that he yearns.

Like any other Shinobi, Ling carries a pouch containing the standard ninja tools such as kunais and smoke bombs. His preferred tools are flash bombs, which he always carries along with him in order to be able to create a quick diversion at any time.

Ling also carries a Dao with him at all times, but rather than being sheathed the sword is wrapped in bandages and suspended on a strap across his back. A black and gold Harmonica is also included among his inventory, he is a proficient harmonicist, capable of playing with both, or even a single hand, and his Ninken often howl to his melodies. Ling also carries the Ray relic; Valkyrie's Incarnation when he isn't wielding other, more powerful weapons.

Description: Valkyrie's Incarnation, a Ray relic passed down through time. Transcending from battlefield to battlefield; ever roaring its zealous berserker war-cry. Its feral howl forever emanating throughout the bloodshed of time, the prideful weapon crushing the wills of swine. Forged from the severed tail of a battle genius; Valkyrie, used as a replacement for her prided extremity. Upon her death the weapon was reforged, her organs containing fading life fabled to be sealed within. Thus she became reincarnated, forever to live on the battlefield. A Ray turned immortal deity, forever to march with the Rays, to transcend through antiquity. The weapon itself, a unique hybrid between a staff and a whip. But it could not simply be called a weapon for it was alive, it's bloodthirsty malice sent shivers down many a warriors spine. But beneath it's thick exterior of demented carnage, lay a vivacious personality; wise, bubbly, and filled from crest to to bottom with courage. And so the weapon fell into the hands of a person of which she favored, and thus unto it her secrets she mastered. In the hands of the user the weapons sobriquet's came to light, the Black March, The Green April, thus the weapon was further esteemed and held in delight.


Abilities:

Valkyrie, often dubbed The Green April is a two meter long weapon. At its core lies a expertly worked structure of tough, thick and strong Ray Shagreen. Interwoven into the core are numerous lengthy wires which are likewise woven into countless stingray barbs which shield the interior, around which is layered a second layer of specialized Shagreen which forms the weapons exterior. Due to the way the weapon is forged, it allows for immense versatility in terms of flexibility and tautness. The inner layer of Shagreen being tempered to a point in which it rivals even the toughest of metals, the wires confirming the integrity of the leather while adding the immense strength of the specially chosen barbs, while the exterior forms a surface that remains to be incredibly difficult to cut, and is perfect for displacing the force of attacks across a larger area; the placoid scales of the hide contributing to the toughness of the exterior surface, and while to the user it seems like smooth Shagreen, to another gripping the weapon would create an effect similar to rubbing a sharkskin the wrong way.

Valkyrie constantly drains chakra from the user to remain functional, being self capable of manipulating its unique interior so as to alter flexibility and other similar aspects. Due to Valkyrie's thirst for chakra, it seeks the user, and when not held it often wraps around the users body rather than being sheathed. Alongside adjusting her flexibility, Valkyrie can make the barbs hidden within her exterior stand upright, the spikes protruding forth from her seemingly smooth outer layer without compromising the integrity of the weapon, the new exterior being perfect for flaying and shredding. Lastly, the user and Valkyrie posses an innate ability in which the user is capable of wielding Valkyrie from range through use of chakra. While this ability costs a one time activation fee of 30 chakra, it's maintained through use of the transmitted and leached chakra, therefore the user is capable of manipulating the weapon to float, move and attack within a mid range radius, the force and speed of the weapons attacks equating to that of the users current physical capabilities to a max effect similar to that of of A-Rank Taijutsu.


The real special ability of The Green April, is that by drawing blood unto the weapon and then swinging it, the user is capable of summoning a ray while releasing an elemental wave like stream of wind or water, in which the summoned Ray rides in/on. This is a capability similar to Temari's Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance, requiring no handseals and being offensive. Other elements can be used in the summoning, but only if that element corresponds with the affinity of the summoned Ray. Alternatively, the user can summon a small swarm of basic flying vulture sized Rays which ride the wave to the target, so as to flock and consume them.


Notes:

- Summoning Wave counts as a jutsu. The wave being equivalent to A rank in power, with extra chakra sacrificed for the summon. The flock of Rays are also equivalent to A rank.

- Wave summoning can only be done 3x, after that it's simply a faster summoning process.

- Valkyrie's Incarnation is near indestructible, and can only be cut perpendicularly through use of a Forbidden ranked piercing/slicing technique.

- Valkyrie's Incarnation is sentient, it can communicate to the user, but it cannot speak, thus it communicates through an unknown method, presumably a mental/spiritual/emotional link. It is not aware of its surroundings to a human degree, but instead simply reacts to the users will.

- The barbs do not contain any poison whatsoever.

- Activation of remote manipulation counts as a jutsu.

- Can only be wielded by a signer of the Ray Contract.


Advanced Weaponry:
(Ekō) - Echo

Description: Echo is a simple technological tool which compliments the use of Sound Ninjutsu. This comes in the form of ear buds that have a specific set of functions. First and foremost, the buds passively and automatically sync with the user's chakra and only comes into being "active" when Sound Ninjutsu are used. Once the earbuds sense the chakra being used, they both let off unique sounds. The left bud would only sap (-10) chakra from the user to create its sound, passively creating a pulsing echo of said sound which would in turn increase its range by 1. Of course this wouldn't apply to Long range techniques so the chakra deduction wouldn't happen with them. The right earbud would sap (-10) chakra from the user in order to apply it to said technique. This would passively create a sound that would resonate with the sound technique in such a way that they become louder and more aggressive. This in turn would increase the damage by (+20). An ability that the buds share in a defensive mechanism. By spending 30 chakra, the user is able to release from the buds that is inaudible and harmless. The sounds simply change wave lengths in order to resonate with and cancel out incoming sound techniques that rely on sound (Sound Gen) or entering the body (Hindering Sound). This ability would only work on A-rank and below techniques, With A-ranks simply losing a rank, while anything lower is simply cancelled. This can be done up to 5 times a battle.

Note: Left and Right buds cannot effect the same technique in the same turn; Other than the defensive mechanism, which would count as a move per turn to use.
Note: The boosts (Range or Damage) can only be applied to one technique per turn each.

(Nōshintō no kunai) Concussion Kunai

Description: Concussion Kunai can be seen as an advancement to the canon tool Smoke-Flash Bombs. Where Flash Bombs blind, however, Concussion Kunai instead seek to deafen the opponent. Each Concussion Kunai is fitted with a miniature speaker with a Fuuinjutsu formulae etched into it with the Kanji for 'Noise'. This Fuuinjutsu formulae functions much like the 'explode' Kanji etched into explosive tags, in that it has been pre-infused with Chakra, and will activate after a set amount of time, or due to remote activation, and in doing so produce the described effects of 'Explode' or 'Noise', respectively. In this case, the Fuuinjutsu formulae will achieve such an effect through two processes. The first is that it's activation will trigger the function of the speaker, thereby triggering a sound from the Kunai. The second is that the Fuuinjutsu tag will release sound chakra into the stereo and the sound that it produces, thereby greatly amplifying it to produce a sound capable of deafening an opponent. Deafening is only effective when a Concussion Kunai activates within short range of an enemy, and the effects will last a full turn.

The second usage is that the user can infuse the effects of a Sound technique into a Concussion Kunai, thereby overwriting it's default effect, instead the stereo and sound chakra will activate to produce the effect of the sound technique in question. Infusion will act as a usage of the technique in question and require the respective chakra cost to be channeled into the Kunai. Infusion costs a move, can be done on up to two Kunai (with the power of the technique in question split between each) at once, and can only be done two times per battle.
Concussion Kunai can be posted in the users bio, or at the start of the battle.
Can only be used up to 4 times a battle.

( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.


( Kote ) - Forearm

Description: As its name suggests, this tool is worn on the forearm. After choosing one Ninjutsu to seal within the scroll, the user seals it within the seal after using it or having another person utilize it. The user initiates one of their techniques before sealing them into a scroll. The scroll is then shrunken to pill-size and is put inside the Kote. Afterwards, they can release the scroll and use the sealed technique. To use some elemental technique, the user apparently needs to form the corresponding seal first. Because using the Kote doesn't require chakra, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing normally chakra-taxing techniques while saving their chakra or continuing to use techniques when low on chakra, thereby keeping the user rested and less-likely to endure exhaustion; it can even be used by a non-ninja person.
Note: Academy Student to Genin Ninja can seal up to Forbidden ranked Ninjutsu techniques, which must be noted within the bio. Chunin can seal up to S ranks and Jounin and up ninja can only seal A ranks and below within a Kote.

Description: The user charges sound chakra into each of their hands and slams them together, creating a sound similar to two heavy golden cymbals crashing together. As the hands slam together, it releases a high pitched, high frequency sound wave, resonating in the enemies ear, and causing muscle paralysis upon hearing it. As the loud sound happens, it creates an echoing amongst the field, trapping any who hear it under paralysis, causing slight pain to them, causing their ear drums to bleed. Paralysis lasts one turn but the user cannot use any other sound techniques for 2 turns after using it.

Description: This is a much greater and focused version of the (Ototon: Hibiki Rendan no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Echo Assault Skill technique in which the user gathers his sound chakra into his throat as he inhales afterwards exhaling as he screams, yells or roars. The resulting effect is a massive forward shockwave of low frequency, high amplitude sound that levels anything in its path. Unlike its weaker technique, the massive power it carries makes it slightly slower, equal to an average equally ranked Raiton technique. Unlike the unfocused nature of its weaker version, its focused almost like a beam, affecting an area of 50º in front of the user. If used within a water source it receives +20 damage.

Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen
