So if Sasuke's eyes have eternal light then why are his eyes bleeding like they did with MS?
If all he can see is darkness does that mean that he can still go blind with EMS?
Does this mean he can't spam amaterasu?

OT: MS techs still cause tremendous strain on your eye causing it to bleed. After getting accustomed to them Sasuke eventually stopped bleeding from his eye. Also depends on the amount of usage as well. Sharingan are based on anger and sadness.
The blood represents tears but in a more gruesome tone so it's also symbolic that's why they put so much emphasis on it it when he was still confused.

I believe the more fire summoned the more strain on the Amaterasu eye, causing him to bleed. The reason its probably not brushed upon is because it's irrelevant. Sasuke has EMS and can spam techs without worry about blindness and fatigue on the regular MS level. That much is clear.
