Limits of Rinne Tensei

Would Rinne Tensei heal you completely and all your wounds?

If Madara died old and without his eyes, did he expect to be revived with his eyes again and possibly young?

I don't know about the physical limits, but what I don't get is, Nagato said he couldn't bring Jiraiya back because too much time had expired, how on Earth can Obito bring Madara back when MAdara has been dead for over 16 years?

it wasnt about the time. it was the fact if he did, he would be literally crushed to death in a matter of milliseconds. so it was "pointless"

I think because he was already using a lot of chakra to bring back everyone from the village that the time to bring everyone back is shorter. Where as if he was to bring back madara, he would only need to focus his chakra on one person, which may, increase the amount of time that someone can be dead and still be brought back to life
