Why did you restrict Jiraiya so heavily? With all these restrictions, I bet people like Darui/Kitsuchi would own him. Although an unrestricted Jiraiya is actually very OP and would own Kakashi so I guess it wasn't that bad of an idea.

Jiraiya already showed us the use of katons while Kakashi did not so I don't know what the point of giving Kakashi fire style is even though Jiraiya's would still be a lot stronger.
