Not really. He still has to switch with footspeed, like Substitutions. He's just incredibly fast. He can't teleport.

Remember, Sasuke is faster than Madara at this point. There is no way Madara can sprint out and switch without Sasuke not noticing unless he actually teleported to where Shadow Madara was and Shadow Madara teleported to where he was.
