Ok why did Naruto had to further restrict limbo movements and leave a shadow clone to watch over him ? Naruto had to use TSB ,Shukaku seal and shadow clone to restrict limbo .Why so much trouble against clone ? Why he simply didn´t hit him and make him dissapear ?

Answer is simple : Limbo is immortal thats why they need to seal him and watch over him.

Now I dont know why is limbo immortal maybe because JJ Madara was immortal so his limbo like said in databook share same ability.

In reality only Naruto, unlike Sasuke, can seal those limbos cause only he have proper sealing jutsu.

Well of course. 1 limbo is not a real clone but a clone in "limbo" and 2nd JJ Madara was immortal also.

Even if it's "defeated" it'll simply return to Madara. Assuming it can even be defeated without waiting for it to go back inside Madara.
