( Meromeroton: Roze Sasu Reihai) Perfume Release: Rose's Piercing Adoration
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user summons forth a large mist of vaporized red perfume, with a very thick and strong scent. The perfume is so strong it causes irritation on the eyes, nose and throat, increasing the more the opponent stays inside the mist, which messes with the opponent's sense of smell, preventing him from detecting other odors. The scent carries a genjutsu where the opponents feels his whole body being pierced, as if shards of blades grow in his stomach and lungs and other internal organs, before the opponent finds himself wrapped in rose vines, with growing spikes.
*Physical Effects: Burning sensation on the nose, eyes and throat
*Illusionary Effects: Shards inside Internal Organs and Wrapping Rose Vines externally.
*Can only be used once every three turns, twice per battle*

The user creates a mist of a vaporized red perfume, the perfume holds an extremely powerful scent. As the perfume is so strong it leads to irritation in the opponents eyes, nose and throat. As this mist lingers in the air the effects that it has on the opponent increase with time, the scent of the perfume fills the air completely in and around the mist, preventing the opponent from picking up any other scents whilst in the mist. As well as the aforementioned effects the perfume casts a genjutsu on the opponent with its scent, the genjustsu causes the opponent to feel as though needles and blades are growing inside their bodies, puncturing their internal organs and hurting them from the inside. Whilst this happens the opponent sees rose vines rising from the ground wrapping themselves around the opponents body and restricting his movements.

This is good, with the extreme scent and the effects that the perfume has on the eyes, nose and throat the opponent could assume that the perfume is corrosive and acidic. Under that logic they'd have no grounds to release the genjutsu. As far as they know inhaling too much of the perfume could have this effect.

(Meromeroton: Shinpyou Chihou) Perfume Release: Ivy's Dementia
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: With 4 handseals, the user creates up to 3 long arrows made of a purple-ish perfume, which she can then shoot up to long range. Once they hit something solid, instead of piercing through, they will spread their scent up to 20 meters, whereas in arrow form the scent only reaches 5. Although imperceptible for humans, the scent will cause the animals to feel hostility towards their owners/summoners/allies, putting them in a state of confusion and anger, and making them attack, while at the same time creating a sense of familiarity and friendship towards the user. An underlying genjutsu will enhance the physiological reaction by showing the user in a form of a parent or a an object of affection, needing to be protected and the opponent as a form of adversity, food, etc.
*Lasts 3 turns, causing the affected animals to fall deeper in dementia until they force themselves to vanish*
*Can only be used 3 times*
*Does not affect allied summons, as the genjutsu will counter the effects of the perfume, but will make the summons slightly less wary, fast or powerful*

With this jutsu the user, after performing four handseals can create a set of three perfume arrows (purple in color). The arrows can be shot anywhere up to long range and upon contact with an object they merely break from the arrow form and spread their scent around the area, with a radius of twenty meters. The scent is imperceptible to humans and if instead intended for the noses of summoning animals. Once they inhale the scent the animals are made to feel a strong sense of hostility toward their owner/ summoner, as well as this they begin to feel a bond of friendship with the user. With these new feelings the animal affected will attack it's summoner in order to protect the user, whom the animal now sees as a parent figure. The affected animal will disappear once the effects of this genjutsu dissipate as the stress in their mind renders them unable to fight.
Well, yeah, but they'd still feel blades and shards on their organs, and, even if that could be somewhat discrete, rose vines growing from the ground is a pretty good tell tale. Regardless, even if they do counter the genjutsu, if the perfume is still there, the genjutsu just returns. Not to mention that the burning sensation does not disappear easily.

As for the Ivy one, correct :)

Now on to Bathing Black Orchids :)

(Meromeroton: Hitofuro An'ya ) Perfume Release: Bathing Black Orchids
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Allows the user to create a dark tainted liquid perfume with increased levels of toxicity. With 4 handseals, the user releases a mass of this dark perfume, as if multiple orchids are blossoming over an over, despite being a concise mass of liquid, which will then spread over to Mid-range, filling a large field with it's scent. The toxic vapors it releases cause nausea and gradually multiple organ failure. If ingested directly, it will intensify and speed up the symptoms. The scent is heavily filled with blood, which produce the same effects of the Killer Intent Technique. The illusionary manifestation of the scent is the creation of hideous black maidens bathing on the perfume. These maidens will appear in the opponent's consciousness as the ones that use the Killing Intent, threatening to impale their eyes with their hands.
*Physical Effects: Toxicity, Nausea and Organ Failure.*
*Illusionary Effects: Black Maidens, Killing Intent*
*Can only be used once every 3 turns, for a maximum of 4 times per battle*

Okie doodle, this technique is not one for the faint hearted. After performing a sequence of four handseals the user can release a dark coloured perfume, the perfume has extremely high levels of toxicity and is highly dangerous when inhaled. Once released the liquid appears as a cloud of orchids which blossom continuously spreading out around mid-range, thus filling the area with its blood tainted scent. The toxicity inside the perfume causes nausea and is eventually capable of causing organ failure once ingested into the body. Along with the inner pain the opponent, upon inhalation of the scent will see several 'hideous black maidens' bathing inside the perfume, the maidens inflict the effects of 'killing intent' in the opponent, rendering him near unable to fight through fear and anxiety.

Where is the perfume released from? (Is it up to me in my description?)
If I put perfume as a specialty, am I allowed to use the techs with a single handseal as I would would basic 5 elements?
Do the maidens merely bathe, or can I have them perform other actions?
Does the perfume spread mid range in all directions? Or just the direction I release it in?

Since it's unspecified (My bad) you can spit it out, summon it from your body or materialize it somewhere close to you, short-range (shortest xD). It affects Short-Range around the liquid, and that liquid can be spread up to Mid-Range in the direction you threw it. The maidens can preform any action you want, but are mainly seen attacking the opponent fatally (Double Genjutsu/Illusion with the Genjutsu itself and the Killing Intent).

As for the mastery thing, that is something to discuss with Caliburn. I have not tried and I don't think they allow CE to be the mastery bonus, but you never known until you try it xD

(Meromeroton: Kourui Makkura) Perfume Release: Scented Tears of Lilith
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: After 5 handseals, the user is able to spit out an extremely acid perfume of greenish colour, which can be spat as a pressurized stream or as a spread out volume of perfume. The acid is highly strong against earth techniques of the previous rank and earth based CE of the rank before, allowing the user to create a pathway in a manner of seconds, given not the power of the acid alone, but the pressure and concentration at which the acid is spat. If the acid is left standing still, although still powerful, won't act as fast, permitting the above structures to last minutes until vanishing The scent makes the opponent feel as if his insides are melting, translating in excruciating pain. The manifestation of the illusion is the sight women with long green hairs, which will be touching and kissing the opponent, provoking the melting pain as they do it.
*Physical Effects: Acid, Strong vs A rank Earth Jutsus and B rank Earth Based Elements.*
*Illusionary Effects: Green Haired Women, Excruciating Pain of being Melted*
*Can only be used once every 3 turns, for a maximum of 2 times per battle*

So, with this technique the user can SPIT what is more or less a scented acid as either a 'pressurized stream' (much like that of Water Gun tech) or as a spread volume of perfume (Exploding Water Colliding Wave). As the perfume is extremely acidic it is naturally highly corrosive and is capable of melting it's way through lesser earth techniques with ease. Along with it's highly corrosive body, the perfume carries a strong genjutsu inducing scent. The genjutsu this inflicts on the opponent causes them to feel as if their innards are melting, thus leaving the opponent in great amounts of pain, on top of this the opponent will see a green haired woman appear and begin to touch and kiss them bringing forth the pain.

You should carry around dye with yours bios. You could spit out perfume and then make it look blue with dye, opponent would think it's water. They be like "Mwuhahaha, I block water with earth!! O_O" xD

(Meromeroton: Oujou no Seppun) Perfume Release: Embrance of Morta
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user focuses chakra on the fingertips. Sensually caressing her lips, the user spreads a red perfume across, making her lips look incredibly sensual and tender. It will release a very powerful scent filled with pheromones, which will strongly lure anyone short range from the user into a kiss. But upon touch the lips, the perfume is highly toxic, spreading an extremely painful venom through the target's organism, equivalent to being burned alive. Whereas the alluring effect was gained through pheromones and a subsequent genjutsu making the opponent disorientated, upon the touch of the lips, both those effects end and only incredible and paralyzing pain is left.
*Can only be used once per battle*
*Lasts only 2 turn, if the user can't kiss, the effects end*
*Pain itself lasts 3 turns*

So, by channeling chakra into the fingertips the user caresses her lips, simultaneously spreading a luscious red perfume across them. The perfume as well as making the lips stand out and appear extremely sensual but it also releases a strong scent which adds to the attraction of the user, these combined elements make it difficult for the opponent to resist embracing the user in a kiss. Upon the touch of the opponents lips the perfume spreads an extremely powerful venom which runs through the opponents veins. The venom brings forth a pain in the opponent not unlike being burned alive, as well as this the venom carries an incredibly powerful paralyzing agent. As the alluring effects of the perfume are formed as a genjutsu, the effects leave the opponent disoriented after the kiss takes place.

Would you be able to set this technique up in one move:

"Standing in front of you I begin slowly sliding my index finger of my right hand across my lips in an alluring fashion. As I do so I spread a red substance across my lips which makes them stand out and incredibly hard to resist. I then begin to slowly walk toward you in a sensual manner, no motion is wasted as my body sways showing off the near perfect curves that it holds, as I walk my hair blows in the wind behind me only adding to what is already an extremely passionate, erotic aura that emanates from my every pore. Before you know it I'm there, inches from your face, my face slowly creeps through the tiny space between us as my lips press forward into a pout, in this close proximity you are aware of a beautifully mesmerizing scent which radiates from the substance on my lips. Mere millimeters from your face I stop and await a connection."

But not post the technique. Then post the technique the next turn after your opponent has replied? Or do I have to post the technique with the previous action? I know that if I posted it along with that they'd just god-mod or metagame their way out of it. Whereas if I posted it in the aftermath, they'd have no choice but to use their head to work out the situation.

I know what you mean, but the technique is required for the red substance to be created. What you can do, though, is move sensually and close, testing the mood and go for the kiss, check your opponent's reception. Then, inconspicuously lick your lips and fingers. Since the perfume is red, it is quite similar to the lush brightness you get from merely wetting your lips. If you are discrete enough, you can give little to no tell (character wise) and the perfume would only lock whatever previous feelings your opponent displayed previously. It might not stop the godmodding, but it will make it much more harder to get way with it. Either way, this is not one-hit move, and it's really hard to hit someone with it. You need to either paralyze your opponent beyond belief, or even put him unconscious, otherwise they will always find a a way to prevent the kiss. This technique is a good distraction though.

Note though, the perfume is released from your fingers. It makes it pretty obvious that you spread it on your lips and give the kiss of death, but it equally as deadly if you touch your opponent's lips with your fingers. So you can trick their interpretation. Make it so that it's pretty clear you're aiming for the kiss, everything around you is for the kiss and what they need to prevent is the kiss, but, before the kiss, you touch your opponent's lips, pulling them for the kiss. You might catch some people off guard with that.

( Meromeroton: Kiukoudai no Kin Tenbin ) Perfume Release: Magnanimous Golden Libra
Rank: S
Type: Defense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Requires 1 handseal. This techniques manifests itself as a quick burst of vaporous golden perfume, stretching radially 10 meters around the user in under a couple of seconds. The premise for this technique is that the chakra system and the physical body are directly linked. This perfume does not affect opponent's whose chakra system or blood system is in the same pace than the user's. If higher than normal, the perfume will emit a genjutsu that will make the opponent feel as if the gravity suddenly increased, pinning them to the ground. The effects are proportional to the chakra system's alteration, thus, when the user moves at a faster pace than normally allowed to the body through the use of chakra (Such as Swift, Gates, Sage Mode or Raikage's Lightning Coat, for example), the pressure of the gravity will bring the person's speed down, invariably making the target as fast as he/she normally is. Due to affecting the body directly, it is able to surpass chakra peaks, like burst of chakra or pain, but is easily released by localized chakra releases (Such as someone infusing chakra into their bodies), otherwise simply calming oneself/releasing the modes will render the genjutsu inactive.
*The perfume stays in the target's body for 5 turns (As long as Raikage's Coat). Without the perfume, the genjutsu can be released as normal*
*The user can only use this technique twice per battle, and it requires 2 turns waiting period after the previous perfume disappeared*
*The user can't preform Forbidden jutsus, nor Perfume higher than A rank, for 2 turns after the perfume is activated*

With this technique the user 'releases' a quick burst of golden perfume, the perfume stretches out ten meters in all directions, when an opponents who's movement speeds are higher than normal inhales the perfume they are put under a genjutsu which makes them believe that the gravity has drastically increased, negating the effects of whatever speed boost they may be using. The illusion of increased gravity does not only limit the opponents movement speed, it also limits them in terms of jumping and lifting limbs etc.

A few points/ questions:
Would this have a reverse effect on someone with a slowed heart rate? Making them believe that gravity has decreased?
Do the effects only stretch as far as negating the effects of the speed boost, or do they nigh on paralyse?
It states in the technique that it only works if the opponents heart rate is higher, this does not necessarily mean that they are under effects of a speed boost, so say I take advantage of an opponent who's heart rate is higher for natural reasons I.e. infatuation or exhaustion. Do the effects still apply? So they would move a lower than default speed, giving me a distinct advantage.

This is about lowering one's speed to normal. It will not paralyze, simply slow down. It will negate any speed boosting ability to that of nothing. If something other than speed boosters increase the heart rate, it has no affect on the genjutsu, likewise, if the heart is slowed down, it is also past the effect.
