A sharingan Genjutsu, it requires eye contact with the opponent. The opponent is then made to believe that their body is made of paper and is burning, reducing their dexterity of movement, stopping them from performing handseals.

First tomoe allows moui to Discern motions. A example of this was in the battle between Sasuke and Fugly haku. Sasuke could see Haku's attacks coming like those ice and Needle's etc. The user's pupil turns bloody red like every uchiha and gains an extra pupil, or tomoe within each eye that will surround the Centered pupil. When active the user now has the ability to track speeds that normally cannot be seen by the naked human eye. They also gain the ability to see through D rank genjutsu and can predict almost every taijutsu and ninjutsu movement and technique, allowing me to be able to react best to the situation.
Second tomoe allows moui to Discern motions as well as be able to copy the motions i've seen/see/saw. An example of this is when Sasuke was fighting Bushy broww. When activated the user's eyes turn blood red like every uchiha, and gain two extra pupils, the tomoe which surrounds the pupil. At this level the user gains a better understanding of the sharingan. The user can now provide and analyze faster movement, as well as mimic minor movements made by an opponent. The user can now track handseals as well <3_<3, allowing one to predict ninjutsu and help avoid it easier then normally. The user is now able to pierce through C rank genjutsu and below.
