So true. The only thing Em watered down was his violent content. Every artist makes a change as time goes by. Some get better, some get worse. Em didn't get better, nor worse. He just got more mature with his lyrical content, and it's not what people are used to, so they rag on it. The only reason Em gets shit for it is because he was the only great who lived long enough to see this change. If Pac and Biggie hadn't been killed, they would have changed too.
