I don't think she'll come back as an Edo. First they would need a body for her soul, and I don't think Madara has her DNA on him. I don't see Kabuto bringing her back.

Oro has no motive to resurrect her.

Madara has no use for her.

Tobi/Obito might want to, but there's no need and he probably wouldn't want to disrupt her soul's peace.

Eh... The way I see it, is ORO WILL have motive (eventually), considering if Madara decides to hunt him down... as he may or may not be considered a threat; especially if ORO gets sage mode (which is the next likely scenario), ...providing said moon eye plan comes to fruition...

Just like Saaaaaadpanda had claimed too. Well, I see it this way: Kabuto may snap out of it thanks to ORO compromising said Izanagi... (who knows how that made things turn out)
