I actually prefer it that way. Save her awakening 2T for a dramatic moment, and then 3T near the end of "part 1." She's already doing better with 1T than Sasuke did with 2 when he was her age, and she's not even a Genin yet.

I think bolt can counter avoiding eye contact and using clones. Sarada doesn't have great genjutsu feats, her power can only be used for quick tricks but it does give her an edge I'll give you that. I still think bolt and Sarada are pretty much on par

In theory, but we don't have ''feats'' on Boruto's side that corroborate that claim. All we know is the clones would be his manner of avoiding being caught, but even that is slightly erroneous to assume since Boruto doesn't know about Sarada's genjutsu prowess yet. It's not entirely why Sarada would win, but it would definitely be efficacious to her triumph, I imagine. We saw how proficient she is in Genjutsu. She uses it like how Naruto uses shadow clones. It's nearly impossible to know you're even being tricked.

Lmao Sarada could only use Genjutsu in arms reach of Buntan. And Boruto already bested her with shadow clones, she didn't know she was fighting one.

She needs better feats with it. Probably at 2/3T
