Iv been to this site before but didnt find it interesting, but now after some years have passed, i know what i missed

and i was wondering about setting an avatar and a SIG. picture and how is it done.
and when you set a SIG. picture of a naruto character and pick a fight in the battle arena do you HAVE to use that character?.
*EDIT* AND, when you want to fight someone at the arena do you have to, like,go to the training grounds and learn jutsus in order to use them in a fight? and if so, how do you know that your opponent actually went to the training grounds and trained that certin jutsu he used?.
sorry for all these questions, i actually have more but i'll stick to these considering that this is actually a welcome thread.
