The Raikage's synapses fire at light speed. Therefore his muscle movement, reflexes, combat speed are all light speed.

He moved so fast that Karin couldn't sense him it was like he died and didn't exist for a mere moment. Like seriously a big black dude with blue shiny chakra armour was not seen or sensed by anyone. His speed could be a bit above light speed though Sasuke was able to keep up with him.

Naruto's movements are too fast for Killer Bee to process and Killer Bee can keep up with his brother. Naruto becomes faster than Ay, his movement causes a flash of light similar to Lightning leaving sound in the dust Naruto does this to light. Though I don't believe Naruto is significantly faster than light he's above it by a bit.

Raikage is too fast for Sasuke to follow with his eye with Shunshin. Raikage with shunshin is faster than light, regular lightning mode is not.

Madara can react to Minato who is faster than Ay who is between lightspeed-faster than light in combat not only that but Minato's speed and reflexes are enhanced by sage mode. Not only that but Madara slice Minato's arm off, kick Minato, and kick Minato's arm all in the act of Kakashi using Kamui on Obito.

Kakashi can teleport the arm of the Gedo statue before the whole thing is teleported to Madara mind you the arm of the Gedo statue is larger than a person.

Madara is faster than the effects of Kamui. That instance with Obito was enhanced kamui by six paths chakra, remember Obito still had some of the six paths chakra which enhances the power, speed, etc of ninjutsu.

Naruto and Sasuke are faster 8th gate Might guy. They blitzed Madara and Kaguya. The reason why Naruto and Sasuke don't distort space is because of plot and kishimoto says no. Just because they don't distort space does not make them slower. It was a one time thing like KN0 Naruto causing friction with the pole Sasuke threw it doesn't mean that others are slower because they can't do it.

It is really hard to determine their speed though it is close to teleportation/instant ever since the War arc. I know there will be people commenting light can travel around earth 8x in a second. All of this is combat speed every instance is attacking, countering, and reacting. Naruto characters move in short burst of speed in combat they stop and talk or perform jutsu. You have to keep in mind that light does not run on chakra or stamina. This is all just battlefield speed.

Can Six Paths Naruto circle the planet multiple times in a second or nanosecond?

Probably, but it would be pointless to do so since it has no relevance to the plot.

Naruto and sasuke's speed come no where close to 8th guy's speed, except for sasuke using his shunshin jutsu, but that doesn't mean he's faster than guy in hachimon mode, guy's reaction speed is at least times ten of sasuke's. sasuke may only use ameno to evade attacks, but if guy gets him off guard, he won't be fast enough to keep up. Madara had RSM plus rinnegan, but even he was no match for that speed. And kaguya isn't really that fast, just her jutsus are, and her dodging ameno is due to sasuke's reaction time with his jutsu. I'd say that's because he was getting used to reacting with it fast enough.
Guy's speed is not amplified by chakra. His speed comes from his body working at really fast rates, he doesn't just use chakra to thrust himself forward, the hachimon makes it possible for him to move at an extreme "foot speed," but not only his legs can move that fast, his hands and every part of his body also. That's why he's able to punch air and flames come out in the 6th gate. And like the 7th, a shockwave from a punch, the 8th...
