thought wind was the rarest, but apparently not.

Kaguya, Hagoromo, Madara, Kakashi, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Orochimaru and Zetsu - have every single element, including yin and yang.

Kaguya, Hagoromo, Madara, Kakashi, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Zetsu, Minato, Itachi, Dan, Sakura, Jiraya, Orochimaru, Kabuto and Ino - all have both Yin and Yang

The only listed senjutsu users are Hagoromo, Naruto, Hashirama, Kabuto, Minato, Jiraya and Jugo

That's because they don't include Fodders on the databook.

If you go to the yin yang section, those labelled with yin and yang do not have its release.

It's just a that they are well rounded in both yin and yang type Hiden Justus.

Sasuke's techniques happen to base around lightning element a lot, the possible connection there is that lightning affinity is a yin Hiden Justu.

Those are all the ones i kniw. Lightning is still the most rare by far. Fire and Water are too common
