O__O Good grief..... this training has been going on for a year!!!

Tell me everything you know about lightning release.

Lightning in rl is: Lightning is a massive electrostatic discharge between electrically charged regions within clouds, or between a cloud and the Earth's surface.

In Naruto, Lightning is one of the basic five elements controlled by shinobi by the use of chakra. Lightning is a very powerful element it can deal a great amount of damage to both the outside and inside of the body. Lightning in naruto is strong against earth and weak against wind. Lightning can be used in conjuction with water techniques to make them deadlier. Lightning can also be used on ninja weapons like kunai's to enhance them. In the naruto universe lightning can be created or controlled by chakra. Created in ways like the lightning blade technique or chidori. Controlled like Sasuke did with Kirin. It can be used in many shapes, sizes and power. From forming lightning spears to having lightning hounds.

Tell me elemental combinations that goes well with lightning

 

[Klaus]

Water and lightning= Kick ass combination.
Lightning and fire= Can sound rather odd, but I'm sure it can be combined to have a good combo.

I think thats it. Wind and earth couldn't be well combined with lightning imo.

what do you think would happen when fire meets lightning?

 

[Klaus]

To tell you the truth I'm not really sure. :/

nothing it goes through fire. Thats why it's neutral to each other.

If a fireball is headed your way, release first and thena lightning bolt behind it. what happens?

 

[Klaus]

Yeaa it would go through it your right.

 

[Vision]

so but the question is would you see the lightnign coming through the fireball before hand?

 

[Klaus]

I don't think you can see the lightning.

 

[Vision]

so when do you think you can see the lightning?

In my opinion you can see once it leaves the fire. I think.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

Basically perform the ram hand seal and then release chakra into the air. manipulate it so that the discharge of lightning strikes your opponent.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

Basically perform the ram hand seal and then release chakra into the air. manipulate it so that the discharge of lightning strikes your opponent.

As I hear the instructions from Vision sensei, I begin firstly by concentrating my chakra. I then begin to gather chakra and perform the ram hand seal. After performing the hand seal, I release my chakra sending into the air. As my chakra travels though the air I manipulate it using my lightning affinity making lightning strikes rain down upon a nearby tree.

This is done wrong, i am sure you have to do the hand seal first. Anyways, some advantages and disadvantages?
