Good now i want you to focus your chakra, think of the nature of lightning, it's raw power and destructive nature, it's speed, while it can be controlled it will always retain a wild nature at its heart, focus on this as you form chakra, and tell me how it feels.

I concentrate my chakra in the core of my body, having my mind filled with the essence of lightning release. I think about its piercing abilities, the speed of it, and the effects of those who get hit by lightning (paralyze) I start feeling a new type of chakra, which i spear throughout my whole body. I start feeling fast..and energetic. My chakra has a new feeling, sort of like a static-y feeling

Good now you understand the destructive nature of lightning.
Now i'm trusting in you to be able to learn to control and temper this volatile nature, so if you would we may begin.
Using this form for each jutsu i want you to explain techniques as i post them and ask any relevant questions.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target.
Now begin.
Describe how to do it: I start out by manipulating my ligtnimg chakra and channeling it towards my palms and fingers. After gathering enough, I release my stored chakra from my palms and transform it to lightning when it is released. They are small bolts of lightning and they keep their shape because my chakra is shaping it that way.
How many handseals does it have: None
Advantages: It does not require any handseals so you can perform it with ease. In addition, you can use these small bolts to paralyze your opponent of they are at a short or mid range to you.
Disadvantages: They are only D rank bolts, so they do not do as much damage as other lightning techniques. Also, they will not reach long range.
Combos and possible uses: I could create the water whip and use this technique on the whip, enhancing its destructive powers. Also, I could trap my opponent in a water prison, and send these bolts in which can paralyze parts of their bodies.
How to defend against it: By creating a wall thick enough and a high level enough to stop lightning

Ok good, and yeah it is hella generic, most the low ranked lightning jutsu are the same, and they suck, but stepping stones need to be stepped upon, with that in mind, next stone!!
(Raiton: Raikou Oonami) - Lightning Release: Lightning Surge

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.
Describe how to do it: I channel an appropriate amount of lightning chakra and concentrate it on my two palms. When I'm done, I slam my hands on the ground, releasing the chakra at the same time. When the chakra is released, it comes out in the form of lightning and scatters around the ground that I am on.
How many handseals does it have: none
Advantages: It has the ability to shock them which makes for a good distraction.
Disadvantages: It does not have the ability to paralyze then, and because it is a low rank, it can be dodged easily.
Combos and possible use: I could use this to distract my opponent so they would think that its a technique that would cause a lot of damage or shock the places I don't want them to be in so I could set up a trap when they move
How to defend against it: I could defend against it by lifting up the earth I am standing on or lowering the earth they are on

Lightning style: Raging thunder -
Describe how to do it: I channel lightning chakra throughout my whole body and release it around my body and in the air. This creates some sort of a shield of lightning that covers more than my body and the air around my body. I then run towards the training dummy placed on the training field. It gets destroyed right after because of the force and piercing properties of the lightning field around me and my body.
How many hand seals does it have: None
Advantages: The user covers there entire body with lightning so that the opponent would be hesitant on touching me. Also, i could break through certain weaker walls made of earth with this lightning around me. Lastly there are no handseals required to perform this technique.
Disadvantages: It is still a D-rank so it wouldn't be able to break through walls like C-rank and higher. This technique is also a short-range and for it to work you will have to collide with the opponent as well which leaves you vulnerable to closer attacks.
Combos and possible uses: I would use hiding like a mole technique to get behind him and when i do i would use this technique to clash towards him with a lot of lightning chakra in hopes to maybe paralyze him.
How to defend against it: I would defend against it by creating a B-rank or above earth wall in order to protect against the piercing properties of lightning or i could stay from short-ranges and attack with long-range attacks.

Lightning Style: Thunder Saber -
Describe how to do it: I gather lightning chakra in my left hand and think of the properties of lightning, how it easily pierces and its quickness. I then release the chakra in my hands to create some sort of shield-like orb around my hands. I then run towards the training dummy and punch him with the "saber" in my hand causing it to be completely destroyed.
How many hand seals does it have: None
Advantages: It creates the saber in your hands i think, so it would be good against hand to hand combat. Also, if you are in hand to hand combat you could use this technique to jab an opponent and cause one of their body parts to become paralyzed.
Disadvantages: It is from your hand and is at short ranged so it would be hard to actually hit the opponent with this technique. In addition, by going to short-range or even closer to them you would be exposing yourself to be attacked by short-range fast attacks.
Combos and possible uses: I would get into short-range and start with taijutsu. If i ever see a vulnerable spot at them, i would jab them to make one of their body parts paralyzed. I could also use this technique to break down walls of earth with one jab, those that aren't that strong.
How to defend against it: I would defend against this technique by not going into short-range or even worse, hand to hand. I could also defend against this technique by creating walls and walls that would be hard to defend against or using water techniques so if they touch the water they would get electrocuted.

Lightning Release: Thunder Burn -
Describe how to do it: I gather lightning chakra in my left hand and concentrate on the essence of lightning. I quickly swipe my left hand to the left from the right, releasing the chakra at the same time. When the chakra is released i convert it into actual lightning and use my chakra to shape it into bolts of lightning. Because i waved my hand from left to right, bolts of lightning are coming towards the dummy like a wave.
How many hand seals does it have: None
Advantages: It is easier to use offensively then other techniques because you can create a wave of lightning which would be a wide range. Also, the user can use these lightning to electrocute the opponent causing them to become paralyzed.
Disadvantages: This technique is at short range so it wouldn't go farther to mid or long ranges. Also, it is not exactly a large scale technique meaning that it could easily be dodged.
Combos and possible uses: I could create the water orb that shoots out whips of water on top of me as a distraction. I would then send out bolts of lightning from the bottom so they would have been attacked from the top and bottom.
How to defend against it: I would defend against this technique by creating a thick wall of earth to block the bolts or go underground with the hiding like a mole technique. I could also create a spinning vortex of water in front of me to block the lightning, of course it would be one of a higher rank.
