"Okayy! thanks.." Shinobu replies with a sense of enthusiasm, but with the 'same old' cool glare in her eyes. Shinobu takes two steps back.

Understanding her senpai, Shinobu quickly molds remaining Raiton chakra from the overloaded production that was produced in the last jutsu performed. Molding the chakra into her left hand, Shinobu applies a small focus, making the molded chakra surround her left forearm. focusing further, Shinobu generates lightening bolts onto her forearm. Realizing she was able to produce the jutsu, Shinobu dashingly crouches as she slams her palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged. Discharged, bolts of lightning were sent out into the ground, around Shinobu.

Realizing what senpai said about the range, Shinobu got annoyed. "Tsk" she does from the top of her tongue, expressing a vague sense of displeasure.

Souji put aside the C-rank scroll and started reading the B-rank scroll.

"Now for the B-ranks! These techniques are nice, versatile, and moderately strong."

"Form the Ox handseal and mold Raiton chakra in your hands. By holding out your hands in front of you and releasing the Raiton chakra, you'll then use shape manipulation to generate a lightning wall in front of you."

"It acts as a defense against basic projectiles and certain elemental techniques, but what's cool here is that if an enemy comes too close, they'll be shocked. If they touch the wall, all the energy will cause heavy damage to them by electrocuting them. It's a rare jutsu that combines offense and defense."

"Understood..." Shinobu replies as she furrows her eyebrows. Shinobu begins to manipulate chakra as she easily performs the Ox hand seal. Manipulating enough Riaton, Shinobu slowly, and calmly holds her hands out. Tensing her furrowed eyebrows further, without any hesitation, Shinobu releases the jutsu.

Successfully doing so, a big wall Raiton energy was generated within the required range. Despite the fact of performing the jutsu herself Shinobu shivers in agitation, resulting in her taking a few steps back as she watches her jutsu set off. "This jutsu is very simple to perform but I love it.. I'd like to learn a similar jutsu but with longer range of possible." Shinobu states directly at her senpai.

Moving onto her next technique instructed by Souji senpai, Shinobu quickly begins visualise the shape required for the jutsu to be achievable. Being easily able to do so, Shinobu quickly infuses this thought with the next process of nature manipulation, nimbly creating a half shaped dome of lightning. Shinobu aims over to an empty direction, and pushes the dome forward.

Souji shakes his head and smirks as he sees Shinobu lying on the ground.

"Alright, we can take a break soon... let's keep going!"

I'm kinda hungry... he thought to himself. Maybe it was because he was making too many clones.

No one said training was going to be easy. But hey, this was shinobi life xd

"Focus. I'm going to make a clone that will run up to you and try to beat you up with Taijutsu. To defend yourself, gather a bunch of Raiton chakra in one of your fists, and use shape manipulation to form it into a sphere of lightning around your hand. By punching my clone with this fist, the sphere will explode on him and cause powerful lightning damage. A great jutsu if an opponent tries to get too close to you!"

Souji creates a shadow Clone that runs up to Shinobu, about to punch her!

Getting back up, she straight away forwards on to accomplishing Souji senpai's instructions. Without a sweat Shinobu begins to gather a bunch of Raiton chakra into her left palm... Using shape manipulation, Shinobu visualizes a sphere as she takes hold of the Raiton chakra. With a extra focus, Shinobu applies the manupilation making it into a sphere of lightning, flowing around her hand."

As the clone approaches her, Shinobu dashingly dodges his punch, crouching onto the floor, then tries to spin kick his legs in order to trip him over. Failing to do so after jumping over her legs, Shinobu dashes to her left, and punches the clone as he lands on the grounds, zapping him with the jutsu she'd performed.
[SFX: POP] as the clone pops.

A little breathless, Shinobu forwards onto the next jutsu. [comically] Shinobu spots a big bolder. Approached, Shinobu begins to carve the bolder into a statue of a donut with her kunai. [cut] Shinobu moves within the required mid range of the statue and commences to perform the jutsu. This jutsu is so awesome! She wonders. As Shinobu raises her arms up facing the skies, she begins to applies more Raiton chakra into her palms and as soon as she felt a vibe of electro static forces in her fingers, she discharges a current of electricity to the clouds. By doing so, as Shinobu aimed at the donut statue, in a blink of an eye, the statue was ash.

"Sure, Shinobu, the better you are, the more donuts. Heh..." Souji was feeling a little sheepish. She acted like a child in a candy store, but there was a certain appeal to that. She was like one of those little sister types. He had a lot of experience with dealing with younger children, having been a caretaker for his younger relatives back in the day... but he'd never experienced someone as... spontaneous or hyper as Shinobu.

"Weave the Ram, Boar, Dog, Bird, and Hare hand seals, while molding Raiton chakra and releasing it through the ground. This lightning will displace the earth and forcefully shape it into four pillars around a target- in this case, the Shadow Clone I'll create. These pillars will surround your enemy and subsequently release lightning attacks that will essentially 'screw them over', for lack of a better term."

"The range of this jutsu is excellent, although he pillars are large and conspicuous, which makes them somewhat easy to see and counter. You can even trap things like summons."

In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

While Shinobu was performing the jutsus, Souji sent a messenger pigeon with an order for donuts from a Konoha bakery, unknown to her U_U hopefully, they would arrive before she went completely nuts xD

Shinobu excitingly stretched her arms up in the 'winning' pose. "Ok senpai you're the best!"

Forwarded unto the jutsu instructed by her favourite senpai, in clear understanding she begins to weave the hand gestures Ram -> Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Hare, while molding Raiton chakra to both her right palm. Her slight focus alarms her that she's ready to perform the jutsu. Considerate, Shinobu takes a few steps forward, making sure she's in the correct range. In a sense of coolness Shinobu quickly crouches, slamming her right hand full of energy on to the floor, allowing the ration chakra to flow through to the earth, targeting the shadow clone. Shinobu performs the jutsu.

Understanding the next set of instruction, Shinobu replies [comically] "Don't try to mislead me into eating fish, ok?" Unaware that senpai has already ordered donuts. Continuing, Shinobu begins to weave Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand gestures, creating a massive set of Raiton current in her hands. Unable to mold water yet, Shinobu went with the option of using the jutsu onto the lake. While unning in full speed toward the lake, Shinobu performs the jutsu.

[comically] Completing both jutsus, Shinobu turns her head to senpai. But, there was a very, very, very, very familiar aroma flowing right into her nostrils. Instinctly looking up she spots a Konaha's messenger bird carrying a bag. In hype, Shinobu asks senpai. "HEY SENPAI, I SMELL DONUTS..."

 

[Souji]

It was true. The donuts had arrived! Souji quickly took them from the delivery bird. The aromatic smell filled the training grounds. He placed it atop a tree stump. Shinobu's eyes looked like a kid's at a candy store. Not that this was far off... Lol

Souji took a donut from the box (it was a HUGE box). A perfectly glazed one. He bit into its fresh-baked taste, the slightly crusted outside forming a perfect consistency to a soft, fluffy interior. The sugar and dough melted in his mouth. Pure bliss :T_T:

"For every jutsu you do properly and with passion, you get one donut. Deal?"

"Moving on! This jutsu has you clapping your hands together and mold your electrical energy and chakra around you. When you slam your hands on the ground, an electric current will surge through the earth, and when it reaches your target- in this case, my clone, the current will form multiple tendrils, or tentacles, that can attack from multiple angles."

A clone appeared in a poof of smoke.

"Ok, senpai." She was ready to surprise him with all her donuty might, thus she can get the whole bag in a shot! Posing her body in her fighting position, she proceeded onto clapping her hands together with a surprising speed which was never seen, recovering and newly molding a fair amount of electrical energy and chakra, consequently making them surround her. Focusing on the clones, she dashed to her left, confusing senpai and instantly dropped in crouching position, slamming her hand on the ground as she quickly applies shape manipulation, visualizing the how the jutsu should be performed. A second or so, the jutsu was performed.

Continuing on to her next jutsu, Shinobu runs forward to the required range, and begins to raise both her hands to the air calmly as she was a little breathless from the amount of speed used earlier. And begins to focus in charging lightning. Noticing the excitement of the energy gathered, Shinobu unleash the lightning energy at a lenghty tree near where the donut is staying, accurately in the form of a lightning bolt.

"That's one of the key concepts in fighting: the 'first offensive action'. In a fight, you can't react to an enemy's move before they use it, but if you see an action that prompts an attack, such as the formation of handseals, you can react and interrupt their move from being completed. Use it only when you're in a tight spot."

He watched as Shinobu changed a little. Well then. He took another donut and nibbled on it. Hm. A chocolate eclair.

"This one's kind of interesting. Generate Raiton chakra between your palms and apply your shape manipulation to form a lightning whip. It can be used to bind, wrap, and shock your enemy while they're trapped."

"Try it on my clone, and give me a couple of creative uses for whips."

Generating the sufficiant amount of chakra, Shinobu begins to take a step forward, whilst lifting her palms to where she can see them. As soon as she lands her step, chakra is generated to where estimated. Shinobu begins to flow the chakra over to her wrist and as soon as the chakra reaches her wrist Shinobu instantly applies nature manipulation, creating vibes of electrisity flowing in her entire limbs. By the second the raiton chakra shot from every single pore of her palms, Shinobu applies shape manipulation to the chakra. She observes, seeing how it isntantly formed into a rope of lightening. Shinobu's limbs are trembling with electrical vibrations. Taking a step back to retrieve some focus. Shuffling her feet, creating a dust cloud, Shinobu dashes through in an instant targeting the clone. Reaching him, Shinobu crouches, decieving the clone as it looks down to capture sight of her, Shinobu hops with a spin and gives the clone some good shocks till it disappeared.

Turning her head towards mr second clone, Shinobu glances at it as she generates some more raiton chakra with application of nature manipulation. Passing her chakra over to her right hand and out, Shinobu gives the lightening chakra the shape of a hound via shape manipulation. Shinobu smiles a little with amaze. Shuffling back a little giving herself some good space, Shinobu uses the bolt attached to her hand, controlling the hound over to the clone ahead.

Souji, having slept for goodness knows how long (Shinobu went somewhere for some reason), woke up to the sound of Raiton being fired off. He rubbed his eyes, scruffing his bedhead.

Dried drool ran down the side of his face. He looked puzzled.

"Ah, Shinobu, you're back. How long has it been? Hm."

"Uhhh... anyway, mold Raiton in your mouth and shoot it off as a large, fast, powerful laser type spear. You can split the spear into multiple parts... if you split it into two spears, each spear has C-rank strength. If you split it into four, each one of those spears will have D-rank strength. Eight... E-rank each. Altogether though, it's B-rank."

Rubbing his eyes a little from fatigue, he waited for Shinobu's response.

Shinobu covers her mouth, turns her head away and snickers quietly at Souji-sensei. "I didn't go anywhere... You just fell asleep this whole time." Shinobu responds, with a soft tone in her voice. Ready for the next set Shinobu takes a couple of steps forward and commences generating the sufficiant amount of chakra whilst applying nature manipulation. Shinobu creates a raiton shadow clone. Shinobu's clone dashes a few metres ahead of Shinobu whilst Shinobu molds raiton chakra in her mouth, bending her right knee as she shoots out the Raiton chakra with the application of shape manipulation, getting a large and powerful lazer type spear. Shinobu's eyes trace the swifting sphere, approaching her clone.

Shinobu's eye widen. "Waaaaaaa~" with a smooth, effortless tone in her voice she couldn't believe it. As senpai's instructions are given out Shinobu struggles, holding herself back from her desire to magically transform it to crumbs flowing along the breeze of the training grounds.

Shinobu picks up a blade from beside her and begins to follow Souji senpai's instructions. With the generation of Raiton chakra (whilst generating, nature manipulation is applied) Shinobu channels her Raiton chakra via her blade. With the application of shape manipulation the Raiton created a more sharper end and an increase in vibration frequencies. Shuffling her foot back a little, Shinobu swifts with speed that even produced a static like aura and atmosphere tracing her direction. With her arrival in an instant, and with a few sways of her blade, the donut were perfectly sliced, even neatly around the placement of the jam and arranged the donuts in neat piles.

Moving aside from the harsh atmosphere from earlier Shinobu proceeds. Disobeying Souji senpai's orders Shinobu creates a clone and gets it to stand in a long range away from herself. Performing the ram handseal Shinobu flows generated chakra towards her right hand, held upward and with both shape and nature manipulation Shinobu creates electrical discharges. Targeting her clone Shinobu performs the jutsu.

Completing her jutsu, Shinobu quickly yells "My donut! <3" and sprints towards it. Whilst being lovey dovey with her donut stack she waits for Souji senpai's response.

Souji sneaks a little piece of the huge donut as Shinobu performs the second technique. When his student comes back, he chews on it so quickly that he almost chokes as he gulps it down

"-cough- Excuse me... heh... anyway, use two large shuriken and channel your Raiton chakra through them. By throwing them at a target, they will both pin the target down. The key here is to maintain a connection with the shurikens with a cable. By channeling more raiton through the cables and through the shuriken, they'll paralyze your target."

"Try it on my clone again and see what happens."

*poof* A clone appeared.

Shinobu notices something about senpai. Shinobu walks away from her donuts whilst charging the suffient amount of Raiton chakra and positions herself far away from her donuts, and in a good range away from senpai. Picking two shurken from her pouch, Shinobu channels some Raiton chakra within them and throws the shurikens towards clone senpai, pinning him. Shinobu focused a little more harder, focusing even more amounts of Raiton chakra within the strong, thin electrical cable attached from Shinobu's finger to the shuriken. With her eyes closed she could feel the strings roughly trembling. She opened her eyes, and could see that the clone is on the verge of disappearing.

Moving on, Shinobu could see another clone senpai approaching her. "lol look at his face", Shinobu points out, noticing that the clone is kinda deformed with squinty eyes. With a little smirk on her face, she puts her hands forward, and channels some more Raiton chakra. Applying nature and shape manipulation as the chakra flows towards her hands, Shinobu forms a current of purplish lightening. Shinobu forwards it as clone-san moves his arm forward for a punch.

"Hahahahaha" this is the first time Shinobu laughs this long, though with a very soft tone in her voice, even with her hand covering her mouth. She looks towards her donuts, and looks back at senpai, waiting for his response. Perhaps it was the clone? Or was it that she wanted to see if sensei would notice that Shinobu noticed he'd taken a donut?

Souji's stomach grumbles a little. Crap, that must've been a bad donut he ate... he couldn't keep up with Shinobu's epic consumption levels.

"So... these are the last two B-rank techniques. I'll show you the scroll. This time, you needn't perform them. Instead, tell me, in your own words, how they work, and what you think of each technique."

Sitting down on a tree stump to listen to Shinobu's responses, his stomach grumbles again.

The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.

"Alright, but wait." Shinobu quickly turned around before a sneeze. She then sneaks her fingers into her cap and takes out a small donut. "ooooo~~~ white. Nom nom nom..." While she was gobling it she couldn't help but choke on the donut by laughter after getting a quick look at sensei's reaction.

Shinobu throws the scrap away as the breeze hit her. "Hmm. For the first one, basically generate the sufficiant amount of Raiton chakra and manipulate it in both shape and nature, producing a plasma barrier around you. A good defensive jutsu but I'd carefully use it since its a short range type and I basically have three turns."

Shinobu gets into her most comfortable sitting position, where she brings her knees close to her chest and tightens them closer with her arms.

"For the next one... Aaaaa~ *knuckles head* In a short to mid range to the oponent, repeat generating chakra and manipulate it in both shape and nature to get an orb of lightening. The orb is to be released into the air. Whilst hovering in its place it releases a continuous rain of lightening bolts. Nice nice. But I like something where I could do the action... Like (Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword, so I'd use when I'm probably too lazy or no more donuts on me for more energy."

 

[Souji]

Souji laughed warmly at Shinobu's childishness. He was growing quite fond of her quirkiness.

"Good explanations! Now, we move on to the A-ranks. These techniques are far more powerful than anything we've gone over so far, so make sure you're ready! Treat them with respect, too." his last statement was made quite seriously as he nodded, acknowledging his own statement.

"First, weave four handseals, releasing electrical energy from your Raiton chakra through your hands. Use shape manipulation to form the energy into disk-like shapes, which you'd throw at your targets. They're quite fast, and they're thin and sharp, so be careful! Of course, you can throw multiple disks for a greater effect."

"Try it, you may feel it being different, in a way."
