Last technique I performed was tornado lightning.

Alright then, here is some information for you sir, make sure to save it somewhere!

• A rank lightning vs A rank earth: Lightning destroys earth and keeps moving. [C-Rank]
• S rank lightning vs A rank earth: Same as above. [B-Rank]
• A rank lightning vs S rank earth: Lightning will destroy the earth but as a result it will use of all of its power and cancel out.

• A-rank wind vs A-rank lightning: Wind cancels it and continues. [C-Rank]
• S-rank wind vs A-rank lightning: The same as above. [B-Rank]
• A-rank wind vs S rank lightning: Both negate each other.

Fire and lightning: You have to use the ability that they don't mix to your favor. Instead of thinking how lightning can wrap around it, think about how lightning can travel through it also creating an element of surprise.

• Fire + Lightning = Equally strong, these two elements are almost impossible to mix, i guess a few special lightning jutsus that wrap around the fire could mix with it, but it wouldn't create a special combo.
• Wind + Lightning = Bad combo, lightning cannot be fused with wind, don't use them together.
• Lightning + Earth = I guess you could in some way electricute the earth to increase it's lethality, but you'd loose your lightning jutsu in the process.
• Lightning + Water = Electric water, often used a brilliant combo, but it can backfire on you really bad, if you touch the water you loose the fight.

What is Lightning?
Well, lightning release is one of the 5 basic elements in narutoverse. It allows you to create lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of your chakra. Lightning release enhances speed and piercing damage. Lightning release can be used to paralyze your opponent, leaving them immobile. Lightning release can be implemented on weapons like swords and daggers. In addition, you can also coat your body with lightning chakra, giving you the ability to move at high speeds.
Lightning release is strong against earth, because it can move at high speeds and easily pierce the earth, cracking it into many pieces. However, lightning release is weak against wind because wind is a natural conductor of lightning. Water release can be used to enhance the strength of lightning, because water is also a natural conductor of lightning. Lightning is more effective when it is natural lightning, from the skies and such. Lastly, a kekkei genkai with lightning is storm release.

What is Lightning it's weakness and strength - Strong against earth because it can easily pierce through it but weak against wind because its a natural electrical conductor

Which element do you get when you combine Lightning with element(s) - Black lightning which isn't an element but another form of lightning... Once i know of is swift release 0-0
