First technique which you'll learn is Lightning Technique. For it you simply need to concentrate lightning chakra into your limb which you then convert into electricity and release it from in form of small bolts. This technique is the base of everything you'll learn later on in Lightning release. Try to create a visible bolt of electricity between your hands as a starter.

Next technique'll require you to concentrate chakra to your hand, perform Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals and slam your hand on ground while converting the chakra into electricity which travels through the ground and hits my clone. *creates a clone for you to hit*
