I would like to learn lightning because when I was in the military I would always look up at the stormy sky's and imagine what it would fell like to be lightning. Lightning also brings back the memories of when I still had the use of my lower body.

i start by thinking about how in pokemon, when voltorb explodes he lest out a blast of electricity like energy forming a sphere like substance for a second. Instead of exploding, i let out my lightning chakra to form an electric like shield instead.
