Refering for his Sensei Luffy materializing from thin air
"Hi Luffy Sensei, I am Hatake Kakashi. Well Lightning element is one of the five basic transformation which allows the user to generate lightningy increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement.The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leaves them vulnerable to a finishing strike. Lightning is strong against earth, because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart. However, it is weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator. At the same time, lightning can potentially surpass the penetrative force of wind by increasing the former's vibration frequency high enough.Lightning also has a unique relation with water, since water conducts electricity. This means that a Water Release technique can be used to increase the damage of a Lightning Release technique and vice versa. Lighning is also a component of Storm Release and Explosion KKG. For me personally i want to learn Raiton to make it my speciality as i personally think i like this element very well. Oh and i am undergoing other trainings at the moment havent mastered any elements or anything. Thats all thankyou.
