I'm happy enough with your description of the Sixteen Pillar Bind, so we'll move on.

The next jutsu is:

Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.

This jutsu is a Chidori variant, and a highly useful one at that.

This jutsu has no known handseals required - as a variant of Chidori, it can be assumed that the Chidori needs to be made before hand, and then shape manipulation is applied; however, on the same note, it may also not require handseals - we can't be sure, since Sasuke, who requires no handseals for Chidori, used it. In the RP, Chidori Sharp Spear does not require a previously formed Chidori, and it also requires no handseals; at least, this is the way I was taught the Sharp Spear.

This jutsu works by applying shape manipulation to Chidori - you'll focus Raiton chakra into your hand in the same manner as Chidori, but you'll extend it outwards in the form of a very long blade, like a large sword of lightning.

This jutsu's high cutting potential, numbing ability, and ability to branch off into other spears make it very dangerous, and very useful. Also, given that it reaches Mid-range, it is a more viable option than Chidori in our RP; it's useful for bursting or piercing through various defenses, as well as causing large damage to large summons.

Also, if within mid-range, it could theoretically be treated as an A-ranked version of Gian (False Darkness).

Why don't you give it a shot? If you're this far in lightning, than this jutsu should be fairly simple for you. Note that I would like quite a bit of detail and explanation of what you're actually doing with your chakra.

*I start building up my chakra in my chakra network to keep the raiton chakra flowing. once its flowing i then do the required hand seals then palm my hand to ground having all my raiton chakra rush to my palm in a visible form to create the chidori. once its in the visible form i then manipulate my chakra and mold it to increase the lenghth of the chidori into a chidori blade. once i do that i then cut a tree nearby with my chidori spear*

That was very good, but I'd like you to do it once more, with just a tad bit more detail, if you would. ^_^

Like I said, we have no known handseals for this jutsu, so it requires none, as it is a separate entity from Chidori.

I'd just like to describe how you made it lengthen, and how you made it sharp "...using my chakra to guide the lightning out, I create a sharp blade of lightning.." something along those lines.

*As i sit there i then chanel my chakra throughout my body.. concentrating my raiton chakra throught my body as well. making the lightning in my body pulse agenst my chakra making them stronger and react i then palm my hands to the ground and have all the chakra i gathered in my body move to a physical state in my hand where the chakra is loud ,sharp, and visible. making it the chidori. once i do that i then mold my raiton chakra to the chidori to add more lightning to the blade to lenghten out the chidori into a blade which has a more concentrated form then chidori*

That was good. Now, remember, you can control the length of the spear, which makes it useful in battle.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of wind and electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

This jutsu doesn't require handseals, and is a very unique and useful lightning jutsu.

Akin to the water dragon, this jutsu creates a storm of electricity in the form of a dragon, which can be sent to attack the opponent. It forms around you, thus able to act as a make shift lightning defense, And the lightning can jump a moderate distance from the dragon, meaning that it can still stun opponents who don't move far enough out of the way.

Can you think of another way this jutsu might be useful?

another way i would use this is like you stated in a defense way or if somebody is coming up to me i would use it when they are in close range

Yes. The jutsu is more lightning than wind; meaning, any advantage that the fire would have over the wind would be negligible.

And the working of your jutsu's not right. =/ For one, you can't use two different chakra natures at the same time without Yin/Yang training, so there's no way this jutsu works like that.

This jutsu works by focusing your Raiton chakra around your body, having it swirl around you like a vortex; using shape manipulation, you make the swirling vortex take on the shape of a dragon. The high-energy lightning moving in a circular fashion creates air-currents that move with it, thus the wind part of the jutsu.

So, let's try that again, shall we?

Description: The user will deliver several punches and kicks to the opponent sending them into the air where the user will then strike a Chidori into their back.

Unfortunately, I don't have much to say about this one. Taijutsu techniques like these are always incredibly vague, making them hard to teach.

Because of that, I don't really have much to say about it either, as it's more or less useless. =/ This simply says that you punch and kick the opponent into the air, and then rush at them, and strike them in the back with a Chidori; the actual Chidori jutsu has the exact same rank, chakra cost, and damage, so all this is, is Chidori + Free-Form Taijutsu.

You have everything you need to do this technique at your disposal. Go ahead and preform it.

In your description, though, I want you to be specific in your attack (describe at least five strikes in detail, with the fifth sending the clone airborne), and include the handseals needed for Chidori, as well as what you do with your chakra to actually activate the Chidori.

*As i run up and down. getting ready to knock some ass. i then sprint towards your clone real fast. as i do that i then get in short range of him. i then pull my right hand back and jab him in the jaw. as he stumbles back i then kick the back of his knees to unlock his needs. making him stumble downward. right when he is about to fall down i then get in the back of him. and leg sweep him making him fall. i quickly then get right under him right before he falls making it that if he falls he falls on me. right b4 he falls completely i then kick him up in the air. with his back still facing the ground. as that happen i then gather all my ration chakra throughout my body. as the lightning chakra in my body gather i then do the hand seals necessarily needed for chidori. molding it into my hand. giving it a wild shape. making the chakra visible. i then jump in the air. and chidori the clone back.*

Description: The user will first strike the target with a slash from their sword hitting them into the air and then as they begin to land the user will drive them into the ground with a Chidori.

Now, this is pretty much the exact same thing you did as above, and I have nothing different to say about it. <_<" The only difference here, is that you use Free-form Kenjutsu instead of Taijutsu.

So, Same deal as last time- five free-form strikes, with the last sending them into the air; describe your performance of Chidori, and then finish my clone off.

*As i get 1 of my twin swords from my side. i then run up to your clone. i then jump and do a downward slash to his body. not being vital. i then do a horizontal right slash with my sword through his chest and another horizontal slash through the left side this time. i then leg cut him (like leg sweep but with a sword) without it cutting his legs off. as he gets throwed off balance. i use the back handle of my sword to hit him in the air. as he is in the air i then focus my chakra throughout my body like before. once i do that i gather large and large amounts throughout my chakra network. once i do that i then do the hand signs needed i then rush all of my ration chakra i gathered through my body to my hand. making the ration take a wild but visible shape. as the clone starts coming down. i then jump above him then dive right down to his face with my chidori hand. slamming him to the ground*

Well done. ^_^ Remember, though, when using either version of False Darkness, you don't have to create multiple spears (and technically, when you do, the power of the jutsu is split among the spears).
