Raiton no Jutsu | Lightning Release Technique

Description : By manipulating their chakra, the user can create small bolts of lightning to attack their target from a short range and to even mid range.
Advantage : Quick, stun effect with probability of paralysis, good against some Earth techniques, can be combined with some water techniques to create a lethal attack.
Disadvantage : Weak against some wind attacks because wind is an insulator, can only extend to mid range after which it loses its effectiveness and is nulled, can be dodged if one is perceptive enough to counter it as it is coming not to mention the surge in chakra can be seen by Doujutsu users such as I.
How would you block/defend against this technique : Well it depends on the technique, like for this one you can use a Wind technique that is of the same rank or higher if you want to overcome it and cause some damage. You could always try a water technique but you have to pay special attention that you do not come in contact with the combination as you could also end up stunning yourself and your opponent.
How would you avoid this technique : If you are in mid air you can always use a wind technique to change your direction or if you are on the ground you can either use a hide like a mole technique (if it is earth), make a sufficient barrier in time, or simply dodge it if you are able to move yourself in time.
What is the suitable situation to use this technique : This could be used either right away in the start of a match or once disorienting your target you can use this to stun him to get in another attack that will hopefully disable your opponent from battle.

I take a deep breath and begin to collect my lightning chakra , then after gathering a decent amount, I being to channel it to my palms. Afterwards, I release that chakra from my hand and while releasing my chakra, I begin to use shape manipulation to shape the lightning chakra to lightning bolts , then send that lightning bolts towards the clones. [Reminds me of Zeus releasing his thunderbolts]

Raiton: Raikou Oonami | Lightning Release: Lightning Surge

Description : After channeling their chakra, the user slams their hand on the ground, releasing a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.
Advantage : Stuns your target for a short period of time; on watery terrain, the technique will be faster, stronger, and can lead to paralysis.
Disadvantage : Since the technique loses its effectiveness the farther it travels, it is only good to use over short distances, Can be easily dodged and countered, when the user slams his hand on the ground he is open to attack, weak
How would you block/defend against this technique :Using a wind technique of the same rank or above can block it or overpower it altogether.
How would you avoid this technique : Get yourself out of range of the technique, Use a clone to pull yourself out of the way or take the damage for you. I heard you can use earth pillars or a earth technique that raises the earth to escape the attack, is that true?
What is the suitable situation to use this technique : I think it can be used to keep your opponent on the offensive which can lead to an opening for you, combined with water this can be pretty lethal if used in short range.

After channeling in a moderate amount of lightning chakra, I begin to portion the right amount if it to my hands. I keep this up until I have channeled all of the chakra I had gathered earlier. I then slam my hands on the ground, releasing a surge of lightning chakra from my hands to the ground which travels to your clones location across the ground shocking their body upon touching their feet.

Once I feel I have built up enough lightning chakra in my body, I release the chakra from my body. As I release the chakra, I use shape manipulation to shape the lightning chakra into an electric field, which surrounds my body. As your clone tries to hit me, he shocks and dissapears.

Once I feel I have built up enough lightning chakra in my body, I release the chakra from every part of my body. As I release the chakra, I use shape manipulation to shape the lightning chakra into an electric field, which surrounds my body. Once I feel your clone touching the electric field, I let the field explode, which blows your clone away and it dissapears. Panting a bit, I look at you, smiling.
