1. Very good. Electromagnetic Murder is created more for shredding through rocks and so on, so it's rather plausible. I'm not too sure if the Water Dragon Whip is self-sustaining, but it should be plausible. You might be better off using the C-Rank Water Whip instead.
2. Another good one, classic Fire/Lightning combo with a little twist on it. Not much I could say here.
3. Never underestimate the power of freeform Taijutsu. That is a powerful tool and you can do a lot of stuff with it which isn't limited to what we have in our jutsu list. While this technique is better suited to single hits like punching and kicking, you can still do some pretty nifty stuff with it. If you've ever tried or looked into some mixed martial arts, you can perform things you see in there: roundhouse kicks, double punches, grapples and so on, the possibilities are endless!
I'm not sure if you have Genjutsu yet, but you could pair it off with this:
( Genjutsu: Kahen Tonsou ) - Illusion Technique: Flower Petal Escape
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes five handseals, appearing to dissolve into a shower of cherry blossom petals. These petals surround the opponent, blocking his vision. This allows the user to mask his movement effectively.
Giving yourself an effective escape and means to get in close without your opponent relying on sight, which is the main sense people rely on in fights.
4. It's fine that you've gone about creating the situation yourself, it shows initiative and I like that. But I think you've misinterpreted the usage of this technique. What this does is use Lightning's natural strength against Earth to run up a cliffside and create an electrical discharge to dislodge the rocks to fall on them. Your situation is great, but you'd just be sending rocks into the water basically.
5. Great combination, straight forward, nothing to say about it really.
If there's no questions, we'll move on.
