ok i get i think am getting the hand of it, i focus my chakara into the bulb and i can feel the vibration of the lightning surging throughout my body in the form of chakara, but it's not hurting me i feel as it is a part of my chakara system. if i try to exert more chakara in this same way it will come out as pure raiton. i recompose my chakara to resemble electricity, then release chakara out of my body and spatially recompose it to discharge to electricity into the bulb.
