Perform the hand seals listed in the jutsu description, and release some chakra in the form of an electrical discharge, and then further manipulate that discharge in such a manner that it splits into several disks of lightning, which you will then shoot at targets with great velocity. Explain it in the usual manner.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

A staple of lightning release, this jutsu's pretty simple to perform. If you don't have a lightning specialty, perform the list of hand seals in the jutsu description. If so, then just perform the ox hand seal. Then, focus a great deal of chakra and manipulate it to become just as lightning. The thing to focus on here is the vibrations and the piercing power. If performed correctly, the resultant electrical presence will chirp like a **** load of birds. Once this has been accomplished, you can use it as an incredibly powerful jab. Explain it in the normal method.

Unto A-rank, Hidan muttered. It seems he was making progress. After performing the following handseals "Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger" Hidan releases his Lightning chakra in form of an electric charge before manipulating it further into several destructive disks of lightning each capable of electrocuting multiple-opponents upon contact. The disks can move at great speed, and thus becomes difficult to evade.

Hidan without hesitation ventures unto the next technique by executing "Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey" handseals and thereupon focus his lightning chakra on his dominant hand to create a concentrated lightning current in his palm. He swiftly thrust forward his palm towards his opponent at high speed which can easily penetrate through flesh or even objects. The lightning current of Hidan's palm has a resonated chirping sound similar to birds.

(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if successful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

As you see, it allows you to generate non-focused electricity from your body in either an omni-direction manner (short ranged only), or thru weapons or other mediums like the ground. Having a primary Lightning specialty will spare you the paralyzing effects if it is used on you while trying to attack close range, though you still feel the pain and numbing effects. It should be noted that you can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout the whole body or to channel it into something but you cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Can be used to stop certain earthen and wood jutsu from completely forming *cough cough* swamp xD. Please use this one for me then tell me a jutsu besides the one I hinted at that this would be good to use on. Not a lethal jutsu but can really save you in a pinch.

Description: After performing a small sequence of 3 hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Pretty powerful jutsu and can definitely kill in the right situation. After forming the needed seals one slams their hands to the ground, unleashing destruction as a enormous arrow shaped bolt of lightning rips thru the ground towards the enemy. Tell me how you would counter this jutsu if it was bearing down on you.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

After forming chidori on your hand (you dont need to go thru the seals and whatnot for whatever reason), you use shape manipulation to change its form to countless (alot) senbons of lightning that have the same effects of numbing and paralyzing that chidori carries. I would imagine having a Lighting primary specialty would also negate the paralyzing if you were hit by it, but don't quote me on that. Give me a few advantages/disadvantages to using this jutsu..

So without further anticipation, I'll commence this technique by manipulating my lightning chakra and forthwith generate a freelance electricity from my hand in an omni-directional manner. Alternatively, I can channel this electricity through conducting mediums such as the earth-crust or weapons also with conducting properties. The unpredictable nature of this technique is expedient against other techniques such as; (Doton: Fukusuu no Dorosandan) - Earth Release: Multiple Mudshot Technique

Countering this jutsu requires a simple robust wind technique of similar or lower rank, which can void the fast moving lightning arrows.

Advantages:
Quite versatile and devastating when released against an adverse opponent.

If released and executed successfully, the opponent is paralyze, which gives the reason for potential alternation.

Disadvantages:
Any turbulent action on the user may hinder directly the user from launching the senbons accurately.

Hard to explain it better than the jutsu itself, you concentrate your raiton compressing it into a ball of lightning energy simliar in size to a rasengan, then you can chuck it up to mid range or nail someone with it rasengan style in a melee attack. Once it hits, it expands into an electrical explosion. Nice jutsu and quick to use. Give me an example of the type of situation you might use this in.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

This was a jutsu used in combination by the shinobi alliance to stop the juubi in its tracks albeit momentarily. Like the 4 pillar bind, however larger and more damaging with a long range reach. The jutsu takes a little bit of time to form so it's a tough one to pull off but it can be done given the right circumstance. Tell me what you see as this jutsu's strengths and weaknesses.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

As seen on ninja TV, this jutsu has it all. It slices, it dices...doesn't make julien fries though ._. Remember when Sasuke stuck Itachi's clone with this one? Takes the chidori previously formed on your hand and extends it into a 10 meter long piercing blade. Once it pierces thru the enemy, it can split out into numerous blades in multiple directions, furthering it's damage. A potentially lethal jutsu if used as intended. Please use this jutsu for me on this clone thats rushing you..

(Raiton: Jūrokuchū Shibari) – Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind

Strengths:
Due to its enclose nature when executed, the target chances of escaping is usually slim.

Could be used in conjunction with other techniques of dissimilar elements to create a more detrimental result.

Weakness:
Although the chance of the target escaping is diminished upon completion, it takes a considerable amount of time for the pillars to be erected.

(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear

I stood gracefully, as the sun glittered my face and created an intermittent shadow just beneath the base of my neck. Not sooner than later, I notice a clone charging towards me with a killing intents in its eyes. I decided I need to bring it down at all cost, before it gets towards my position. Progressively, I create a Chidori on my arm and manipulate it in such in way it extends from my arm in a linear motion, piercing the clone through its body quite effortlessly.

An excellent jutsu for attacking as well as defense. Can stop someone dead in their tracks that's advancing at you, and even if it misses there's a chance the lightning can jump from the vortex and strike them anyways. However, if you seen it used in the anime, it's not the fastest forming jutsu though it gets used alot as if it is..

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

As you see, with a few seals then a slam of the hands to the ground you can pool your lightning chakra beneath an opponent, which will burst upwards shocking the crap out of whoever is caught in it. Can be made up to mid range in size, or as small as you like/need. Of course making it as big as mid range would probably catch you in it as well so I'd avoid that lol. The opponent could counter by noticing it pooling up beneath them so don't be "shocked" if that happens....not very funny I know..

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

And on to S ranks. This infamous jutsu was used by Kakuzu shooting it out of his masks mouth, however normal users can use this by shooting it out of their mouths or from their hands, making a spear of piercing destructive lightning that is definitely lethal if aimed correctly. It can be branched to attack from multiple angles or to attack multiple people, but doing so will weaken it slightly for every branch made, and with it's speed it's a hard jutsu to evade..

For each one, tell me how you would use this in battle, and what you consider to be the easiest way to evade or defend from each. Also list an advantage these jutsu gives a user in battle

This preference would unintentionally enable me to easily extend my lightning vortex in the shape of a Dragon head towards my opponent, and even if it's evaded, I can use the contingent lightning to strike them. To defend against it, I can utilize wind-related jutsu to negate the Lightning attacks.

For the second one, I'd rather use it in battle as a follow up technique. For example, I can use it AFTER using the dropping lid jutsu. Thus while the lid falls from the sky, the stagnant lightning attack follows up by liberating upwards, causing my opponent to be in some sort of dilemma while trying to evade both jutsu. Now I can evade this technique can simply traversing out of the affected area via wind.

For the last one, I'd rather use it in battle to destroy giant earth-like construct, or other elemental construct inherently weak to Lightning. To evading this technique might be difficult, due to its tremendous speed. So I'll prefer to defend against it by using a-rank wind related technique.

Withal, these techniques can be proven advantageous in battles were both opponents are opposed to short-range confrontation.

Clapping my hands simultaneously, I release a massive quantity of Lightning which quickly reforms to a thunderbolt directed at my opponent. This technique is best used in an elevated platform, where the target is situated just below the platform.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

So I'll perform the several hand seals, and create an undefined form of white electrical chakra around my hand. Using shape manipulation, I constrict the electrical chakra around my hand, forming a focused lightning.

Next I'll perform several hand seals and release a tremendous amount of lightning chakra, which transforms into a bright light seemingly emanating from my whole body that obscures my opponent's vision. This light can act as a veiled to cast the opponent into a Genjutsu, where the opponent becomes oblivious to the fact Genjutsu has been casted due to the intense light acting as a decoy. Albeit this requires skills and precise chakra control to enact.

Finally, I channel my chakra into my hand, covering my hand with widespread chidori. Then I thrust my hand forward, and letting go of the lightning chakra, thus creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads evenly from the point of liberation.

Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

So I create a shadow clone, then I and my shadow clone activate the Lighting cutter simultaneously on opposite hands, fastening them together and forming a Lightning beam of some sort. The beam is capable enough of cutting through objects effortlessly.

Next I'll begin by dashing towards my opponent at tremendous speed. Correspondingly, I strike my opponent, whilst using shape manipulation to extend the Chidori that forms into a lightning spear which impales and lugged my opponent into the air. Still not finished, I'll increase the power of the lightning resulting in a powerful electric explosion at the precinct of the spear, sending the opponent back to the ground.
