Stepping onto the training field, I see how another "Senphai" left. I gaze upon my student and slowly take my grey jacket off. With one hand-seal I grow an earth pillar with a small hook on it, where I hang what I just took of. I then begin with my basic introduction.

This is a nice technique, which you can use is more than one way, so never overlook a technique. The obvious might just be a mask to something far more useful and powerful. You will make the Ox handseal and hold both of your arms forward. Charge lightning chakra inside your body and slowly set it towards your shoulders, arms, forearms, wrist and hands. Slowly release lightning chakra from both hands and shape it into a shield which encompasses not a small area right before yourself. Then charge the chakra nature into lightning, but keep it under control. Even though a harder process because of the violent nature of lightning, this is a test of how well you can keep the element at bay. This will be a test whether you you can control lightning or it controls you. This shield now, cannot only be used for defense as I told you. But when you are in close range of your enemy, you can create the shield and give him a very nice shock. Use the shield similar to how the Spartans do it, and come victorious from battle. Now...I will make a clone which will attack you with a earth based technique. Defend from it.

My attention is immediately caught as a I see the clone releasing several earth projectiles moving towards me. I then change my stance and firm my body balance. After this, I quickly execute a OX hand seal and thrust forth both my arms. I would continue and charge up my lightning chakra towards my shoulders, arms forearms, wrist and hands whilst releasing my Lightning chakra and then manipulating it from both hands into a shield against the Earth projectiles.
Advantages:
This technique has a high range of versatility considering it can be used offensively to shock an opponent and defensively to block against earth-base projectile attacks. It's also less complex and easy to execute in battles.
Disadvantages:
Although it can void earth projectile techniques, it cannot be used for defense against attacks the requires body contact or against solidity structure. It also immobile meaning, it can't be extended or thrown towards an opponent.
Advantages:

This technique is a fairly versatile one. Put your hands in front of you one more time, and charge chakra in front of them. Using chakra control, create a wall or more precisely a half dome of lightning. This dome will then be pushed forward by you at will, and it can cause 2 effects on your opponent. Due to the momentum and seeming almost solid, it can stop attacks which are mainly from earth, but it can even work offensively by shocking and/or paralyzing your opponent. What I will do is simply attack you with a very simple small ranked earth projectile, you will break that apart and stop it, then shock and paralyze my clone without any need to finish him off.

This is another useful technique, but it can only be used when you are really close to the target, so if most cases when you will be fighting him physically. You will charge lightning to one of your punches and generate pure lightning around it. Once done, you will punch the target, at at moment that your fist connects, a directed and localized lightning explosion will form, which will further damage your target, in a way rip their body to shreds, as it shocks him. It can be very useful as a sneaky taijutsu attack. Kill my clone.

As I see an object what looks like a projectile moving towards me, I'll extend my hands forward whilst manipulating my Lightning chakra and create a dome made of lightning that easily stops the earth projectile. In continuation, I further manipulate my lightning chakra and pushed the dome of lightning towards the clone which stunned and paralyze it.
Advantages:
This technique can be used defensively, as well as offensively. It can paralyze targets upon contact.
While in terms Disadvantages, this technique is only limited to short-range.

This is not a bad technique. Prior to the directed offensive measurement, you will lift your hand up and send a lightning discharge towards the sky. This electrical discharge can then be used in an offensive manner by creating a lightning strike everywhere where the user desires in mid range of him. This lightning discharge can be released in anytime after you have sent the discharge but only in the same move or turn, don't forget this. Anyway, just attack my clone with it.

This is maybe the most confusing technique in lightning release as it seems to conflict with it, but bear with me on this one. You will make a set of 5 handseals and then release lightning chakra into the ground. Then, you will rise 4 lightning pillars, around the target. You will then send the lightning to each pillar and they will send over a barrage of lightning bolts towards the enemy a a very high speed. Since it will attack the enemy all around him, it might be a little problematic for him to dodge, so you can have an advantage there. Use it on my clone.

As I see the clone few meters from me, I restrain from unnecessary formalities and quickly raise my right hand, sending an electric discharge towards the clouds which creates an alternate lightning that struck down the clone.
In terms of advantages, this technique is quite easy to execute as it doesn't require hand seals. The lightning strikes are also fast upon execution. While in terms of disadvantages, this technique cannot be executed on clear skies.

After completing the first technique, I immediately venture unto the second technique. Taking in a substantial air, I execute a series of hand seals and release my lightning chakra unto the ground. Through further manipulation, four lightning pillars emerges from the ground surrounding the target. I would then carefully send lightning to each pillars which triggers the pillars to release barrage of lightning bolts towards the clone.
One important advantages of this technique is that, target becomes virtually unable to evade the bolts when they are released from the surrounding pillars. While in disadvantages, the technique requires a period of time before completion.

Your disadvantages are unique indeed, but some of them are misplaced like for example in the second technique, the techniques lasts for a while. Yeah the technique lasts, but that is not a disadvantage. If anything it is an advantage allowing you to fire of something else. And if I could request, could you increase the number of advantages and disadvantages? The more you mention the more I am sure that you understand each technique. Let us continue.
Stating that I hope my student didn't take it the wrong way. I was trying to make him work slightly more and show me his true resolve. Hopefully he will understand and keep his fire ongoing.

This is a rather nice technique shown by Darui. You will need to make 5 handseals and then generate lightning from your hands which can be either released in a very uncontrolled matter, or you can have it the way that Darui did way back. You could use the technique in conjunction with other techniques which allow lightning to move through them, in many cases a water stream. The lightning will be able to be boosted in strength greatly and cause a fair amount of damage to everyone that will hit him. Though, As Darui used them both, is because of storm release and the ability to use both elements at the same time, granted from that. If you want to do the same, you will need an ally or a clone.
I make 2 clones, one aiding you into using water and one as the target.
This technique is not a bad one either, it can even be great when used against more than one enemy. Slap your hands into the ground after you have sent electrical current to them. Have the electrical current use the earth as a conductor and move through it. The lightning will travel directly there till it chooses to break up and explode in tendrils which attack the enemy separately. This can be perfect in order to force your enemy back whenever you need him to, or use them separately making dodging or evading even harder. The potential is simply huge.

This is very similar to a previous technique, just faster. Send chakra into the sky above you, and that would be raw chakra as the technique states. Then, simply unleash the lightning energy in form of a lightning bolt, which will fall on the enemy, killing them most likely. This is about it...

I'll begin by executing a series of hand seals, and generate bleary lightning on my hands. Seeing the aid clone beside me, I unhesitatingly signal him to release his water stream attack towards the target. Concurrently, I also release my lightning on the water stream simultaneously. This increases the strength, as well as the damages upon infliction.

Stating that, I continue.
This is another easily explained technique. You will simply charge lightning inside your mouth, and release a lightning spear from it. The lightning spear can be split as it travels, but the rank will split evenly among the times it breaks apart. So, it could be useful, but the spear only travels a linear path despite it's long reach, a simple side-step could do the trick in most cases. It is not a bad technique, but not amazingly versatile.
Stating that, I continue.
This technique is an easy one as you will simply start by clapping your hands together. Once you have done that, charge chakra inside your hands, and bring a connection between your hands in form of a concentrated lightning rod, or rope. Then, you can simply detach one side, creating a sort of whip, which can be used by you in a free matter. The whip will considerably be strong and versatile. But, be careful as it is very weak to being cut from wind release, simply dissipating the rest into nothingness when it is disconnected to the chakra source. And while you have the whip active, you can't use any other elemental jutsu. I don't think it is truly worthy of the trade offs.
This is a technique which was shown by kakashi in his battle against pain. You will send chakra to your dominant hand and hold it forward. The raw lightning will bounce of your hands, and shape into a wolf, while still being connected to the hand in form of a lightning wire. This wolves movements can be controlled, and have them attack in an unpredictable pattern, while you could even evade around techniques in a very fast matter allowing you to stand in an advantage. While, you need ti be careful because as you are using it, as before...no other elemental techniques, not even lightning.

My apologies for the late reply!
Firstly, I'll start off by manipulating my lightning chakra whilst clapping both my hands intensively, creating a connection between both hands that subsequently forms a Lightning rope. Then I'll detached my joined arm, forming a whip of some sort which can be used in numerous ways.
Advantages:
- Very useful when inducing the state of unpredictability against opponents taking into account the lightning rope moves haphazardly.
- Also useful for interrogation purposes.
Disadvantages:
- Due to the unpredictable manner of the way the Lightning rope moves, the user can in some instance get caught within the range of the rope. This only happens when the user becomes less-focused or cautious.
- As a limited range of Short and Mid. Meaning the lightning rope can't be extended more than 10 meters.
With this technique, I'll manipulate my lightning chakra towards my well placed dominant hand, holding it forward. The lightning bounces of my hand, and shaped into a wolf thereof. A lightning string is also connected to my hand, which enables the movement of wolf when released to be controlled.
Advantages:
- Very useful technique against tricky opponents or in other words, opponent who can easily evade an initial jutsu.
- Also every useful when trying to introduce the state of unpredictability.
Disadvantages:
- Unfortunately when this jutsu becomes active, the user can't use any other elemental jutsus.
- Can't use this technique in wet conditions taking into account, the user can probably get electrocuted.
Lastly, I'll simply manipulate my lightning chakra unto my mouth and expel a lightning spear that splits in several tendrils which are more than capable of inflicting damages even against the toughest enemies.
Advantages:
- Very advantageous when facing multiple targets.
- Unlike the previous jutsu, this technique can be extended towards long-range. Making it reliable against long-range targets.
Disadvantages:
- The strength as well as the rank of this techniques are splited during the periods the it becomes bifurcated.
- Terribly technique to use against Wind users.

This is indeed a very useful jutsu becomes it is part of a very useful part in RP, which would be the clones in general. You will simply create an image of yourself right by your side in your imagination. Then, slowly sap lighting chakra towards it, and mold your chakra giving him the exact same shape and looks as you have currently, after all it is called a clone. This clone is now a copy of you, made by pure lightning chakra, so if he were to suffer a hit which would kill him, he would simply dissipate into lightning, and if he is close enough to the enemy, or touching him...it would sock him severely. The lighting clone can use Taijutsu to the level of you currently, but you will have to limit it to only basic taijutsu battling, while he can use lightning release as well, only up to B rank. It is indeed useful, you will simply make one, go to my clone, and battle him in a simple taijutsu fight, to test the versatility of the image you created.

This is more a kenjutsu technique if anything. You will hold this blade which I am giving to you. It is a simple Katana, a very basic sword....but rather elegant and useful. You will slowly sap lightning chakra towards it, which increases the vibrating principles of the blade. These vibrations will be able to weaken the structure of the thing you are cutting, therefore the cutting properties of the weapon you are holding will further boost. This is about it, I can't explain much, Translated in the real world, you will get a boost of 15 damage to kenjutsu attacks, or standard weapon attacks. Simply, cut my clone in half along with his own blade.

This is weirdly enough, the exact same as some techniques above. Simply lift your hand above and send lightning current over to the sky. Then, with lowering your hand, the lightning current will fall over the enemy shocking him. I can't explain much more, everything was explained prior. No need to explain it, simply kill my clone with it.

Alright, I've looked through the thread, and while the methods your other teachers used have their merit, I'll be doing things quite a bit more simply. Essentially, I'm just going to be checking to make sure that you understand how your character would theoretically perform the technique, and how the technique functions. So long as I'm satisfied that you understand both those things, no additional typing will be required. Of course, if you have any particular questions about anything we learn, just ask.
We'll start by tackling the jutsu you were about to learn from Six Paths.
(Raiton: Raiton Kage Bunshin) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shadow Clone
This is a pretty standard elemental shadow clone variant. Essentially, to perform it you're going to create a shadow clone with a bit of a twist. With this technique, you'll be using state manipulation on it so that it has a lightning affinity. You'll be using your chakra to give the clone its form, in addition to giving it the ability to move, reform, use lightning techniques, and potentially to shock an opponent upon dispersion. Bear in mind that the clone can only use B rank or below lightning jutsu. Go ahead and explain how you'd perform it, what it looks like, and what all it can do. And I suggest doing so in a little more depth than I just did.
We'll start by tackling the jutsu you were about to learn from Six Paths.

Hidan listened carefully as his new senpai set in motion his lessons. He loved the element of simplicity being introduced into his lightning training, yet for some reason he felt this should had been established sooner than later. Without hesitating, he begins by twisting his wrist, making sure it wasn't too conspicuous and creates a clone made of Lightning. He continues and manipulate his chakra, giving the clone a distinctive form as well as the ability to move. The clone is quite to identical to Hidan's in terms of height, weight and physique. It can use Lightning techniques to shock the opposing target, However it can only use B-rank Lightning techniques and below.
Sufficient. Don't forget that the clone dissipates into an electrical field of sorts, not just a puff of smoke.
Next:
(Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword
For this one, simply channel your lightning chakra into any bladed weapon and use that chakra to cause the blade to vibrate with an immense frequency, in a manner reminiscent of electricity itself. If done properly, the vibrations of the blade will allow it to act similar to a drill, and the extra movement will grant it greater cutting power. Explain how you'd perform it, what the technique looks like, and what all it can do.
(Raiton: Dai Denki hōden no Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Large Electrical Discharge Technique
For this one, simply perform the ram hand seal and then raise your hand toward the sky while simultaneously channeling your chakra into the sky above your desired target. Then, manipulate that chakra in such a manner that it turns into a surge of electricity which will rain down upon the opponent from above. Bear in mind that this is a b-rank technique, so the electricity you create is of a somewhat mild power level. Explain how you'd perform it, what the technique looks like, and what all it can do.

With the previous technique completed, Hidan swiftly ventures unto the next technique. He brings out a blade from his porch, channeling his Lightning chakra unto it which enables the blade to vibrate continuously with an immense frequency. The unceasing vibration causes the blade to have extra cutting power than that of a standard wind techniques. It can easily cut and penetrate through flesh and objects with bendable surface.

No, Large Electrical Discharge Technique isn't particularly comparable to a lightning bolt nor is it particularly difficult to dodge or counter. While it's easy to read many jutsu in such a way that they seem to be really hard to counter, they normally allow for a much larger margin of error than that. Especially if it's a lower rank jutsu like this one. Aside from that, good. Moving on:

This will give the shuriken a static charge through conduction and thus give them a shocking component when they make contact with your target. Weird. No, Large Electrical Discharge Technique isn't particularly comparable to a lightning bolt nor is it particularly difficult to dodge or counter. While it's easy to read many jutsu in such a way that they seem to be really hard to counter, they normally allow for a much larger margin of error than that. Especially if it's a lower rank jutsu like this one. Aside from that, good. Moving on:

Immediately after this, Hidan throw the Shurikens and use the connected wire to control the motion and movement of the Shurikens, whilst streaming his Lightning chakra into the wire converting it into electricity. The shuriken becomes electrically charged due to this act and thus would electrocute the opponent upon contact. Once electrocuted, the target is rendered immobilize due to paralysis for a single turn. Furthermore, the Shurikens is more than capable of bringing down Multi-opponents simultaneously.

Good, though the Thunderbolt Flash doesn't require direct contact to hit, just short range. Not sure if you knew that or not based on your description, so I figured I'd say it just in case. <_>

For this one, you'll gather your chakra into the air around you and use it to create a spherical barrier of electricity. This barrier will serve to neutralize incoming threats of suitable ranks, and can be used offensively by either making a charge with it or releasing the energy of the barrier in a desired direction in the form of an electric wave. Whilst active, however, you will be unable to perform anything but lightning release and physical based jutsu.

Go ahead and stream your chakra up into the air above your targeted location, and manipulate it in such a manner that it becomes an orb of electricity. You'll use this orb of electricity as a sort of turret which will rain down bolts of electricity on enemies beneath it.

Commencing on this technique, Hidan mold his Lightning chakra, gathering it in the air and around him completely before creating a spherical barrier of electricity. The barrier has a diameter of roughly five meters and it's capable of voiding incoming treats of similar ranks quite effortlessly. It can be used offensively as well by releasing an electric wave towards the direction of the target but as a result ending its effects. In addition, the user can only use Lightning-based techniques and techniques that requires physical encounter upon activation.
Next, Hidan streams his Lightning chakra up into the air above the desire location, whilst manipulating it in such a way that it transforms into a orb of latent electricity. The orb will remained in the air of several seconds whilst releasing a continuous rain of electric bolts, shocking the target immensely. It is used variably to strike down multiple targets.
