A shadow clone of Alexander Akimichi appears before his new student. (Will be describing my clone's actions in first person.) I then begin to near my student's location, casually walking towards him with a smile on my face. Upon reaching his close range, I come to a stop as I then stretch out my right hand in order to greet my student personally.

Now, it seems this will be your first training lesson after having graduated from the training academy. Every living creature in the ninja world possess chakra inside of their system. Just like our blood circulatory system, we also have a Chakra circulatory system, in the form of path ways that allow the energy to be channeled throughout our bodies. In order to perform techniques from our body, like the walking or water or tree exercise, we need to release it outwards. In order to release the molded chakra, we utilize our chakra pressure points which are called "Tenkesu". We have a total of 361 chakra points throughout our body. They are similar to very small "holes" that lie within the pores of our body. These points allow us to release the channeled chakra that courses throughout our chakra pathways after successfully molding together the physical and spiritual energies. That being said, the usage and release of chakra via the chakra points is a very difficult task. Correct, in order to utilize the lightning affinity, one must first be in tune with their chakra manipulation. It is the very core and foundation for all your ninjutsu manipulation. In order to wield and utilize the Lightning element, you will need to incorporate two very important things that I have previously pointed out. These two things are Shape Manipulation & Nature Transformation. In order to create lightning based techniques you will first have to transform the nature of your chakra into that of lightning while also applying shape manipulation in order for the technique to take form. Depending on the technique in questions, you will also have to use hand seals in order to release it effectively.

Weakness; Really don't knw much of the weaknesses. But I do know one of the weakness is wind nature transformation due to the fact wind really doesn't conduct.
Strengths; Lightning release can be use a protective armour.

Yes, you are partially true! The main weakness of Lightning release would be Wind Release, as Lightning is not able to conduct through it, having wind act as a naturally insulator, effectively dispersing the lightning currents/energies. Although not a weakness per say, water release can be deadly against a Lightning user that is covered in lightning or something similar. It will cause the user in question to possible short circuit and be dealt more damage all together. Lightning Release is strong against Earth Release and similar solids or variants. Lightning is able to completely break the bonds of earth and crumble them to dust. Lightning also has the power to effectively neutralize earth-based chakra depending on the rank of the technique. As far as using lightning to increase one's own speed like the Raikage. We can only assume that the Raikage performs an artificial jump start on their system, increasing their blood flow or something similar in order to physically perform at a better rate.
Weakness & Strengths
An A-ranked Lightning technique can be canceled out by a B-Ranked Wind technique due to the elemental weakness of Lightning. If the Wind technique in question is of equal rank or higher than the Lightning it is combating, it will simply neutralize it and continue forward a weakened state, usually one Rank lower. This means that if an A-Ranked Wind collides with an A-Ranked Lightning, the Wind will effectively cancel out the Lightning Technique and continue forward at weakened state as B-Ranked wind technique.
The same thing could be applied to the strength of Lightning against Earth Release. Lightning is able to completely destroy and neutralize an Earth technique of up to one rank lower than it. Meaning, an A-Ranked Lightning will take out an S-ranked Earth technique. Keep in mind that logical thinking needs to be applied when canceling out techniques. You can not expect a small lightning bolt to completely destroy a giant mountain of earth. Even if it is stronger in nature, it does not always mean you will be able to fully defend yourself against it. This applies to mostly every other technique when combating against each other. It can be released as an unfocused wave of energy from throughout your pressure points, or possible from the hands by performing gestures that allows you to release the energy. It has even been seen released from the mouth as forms of projectile techniques by shape manipulating them. In some rare times, we have seen lightning energy being channeled into the ground to then be released from below, releasing the energy itself or simply neutralizing techniques. Similar to Wind Release, Lightning can be used to change or manipulate weather patterns. In our roleplaying system, there is no actual difference between black lightning and regular lightning. In the anime/manga it might be stronger, however in our RP, they are equal in strength. As for Kakashi's statement, I believe he was referring to the Chidori technique. The reason he was referring to that technique was because it requires fast execution by running at outstanding speeds towards your target and accurately delivering the strike. Without the Sharingan, one is unable to perfectly control you would accurately land your Chidori as you run extremely fast. That being said, in our roleplaying system, that little detail is overlooked. The one positive note about Chidori Nagashi in our RP is that Sasuke & Kakashi biographies can perform the technique without hand seals.

Now, it is finally time to start on the basics of lightning nature manipulation.
As I saw this, I reach out and place my right palm out in front of me. Suddenly, lightning begins to crackle around it in a very unfocused manner. It seemed as though it was sparking everywhere around my hand's vicinity.
As you can see, lightning chakra is very wild in nature. This is what I would call unfocused lightning energy. By utilizing nature transformation, I highly vibrate my chakra and it's frequency in order to create lightning. I then utilize shape manipulation in order to perform the desired effects.
I then proceed to swipe my hand from left to right as I turn towards my left hand side. As I do so, I shape manipulate the lightning chakra around my hand even further, aiming to condense into several lightning needles as they leave my hand in a wave of projectiles. The lightning needles travel forward at great speed as they pierce into the tree.
Now that, was what I would call a more condensed form of lightning nature. I utilized advanced shape manipulation to highly concentrate the lightning energy around my palm into a projectile technique.
Shortly afterwards, I perform a chain of hand seals followed by slamming both hands on the ground, effectively sending my lightning chakra into the ground. I then proceed to channel it beneath the previous tree's location. Using shape manipulation I release it in an outwards manner, creating a large pillar of lightning energy that completely obliterates the tree to wooden shreds.
That's what I would call a field-type lightning technique. I utilize my chakra in order to send it underground and then nature transform it into lightning nature to then shape manipulate it into a pillar of lightning energy that is released from beneath.
Continuing my explanation of lightning release in a very fluid manner, I then proceed to stand back up after having slammed my hands on the ground. Instead, I rise my right hand into the sky as I channel lightning chakra throughout my palm, thereafter sending a pulse of lightning chakra into the sky. Using shape manipulation, I manipulate to form of the lightning chakra in the sky and cause a small bolt of lightning to come raining down towards a medium sized boulder several meters to my right side. The bolt of lightning pierces the center of the boulder, effectively causing it to burst into countless pieces of earthen debris, leaving a trail of dust in it's instead.
Another form of field-type lightning, however more oriented in the sky. The last one was focused more on the ground. Before I move onto the last variable use, I will show you the enhancement effect lightning has on weaponry.
As I said so, I proceeded unsheathe my sword from it's scabbard which was placed on the left hand side of my hip. I utilized my right hand in order to grab my sword as I channeled lightning chakra through the blade, thereafter adding advanced shape manipulation in order to change the vibrating frequencies of the lightning chakra, allowing me to effectively increase the cutting potential of the blade, creating a small and thin coating of vibrating lightning around the blade. I then proceed to burst onto a full on sprint, heading directly towards the tree towards my left hand side. As I run, I maintain the tip of my blade pointed towards the ground behind me, leaving it on my right hand side as I grasp the sword with a single hand. Nearing the tree's close range, I proceed to swing my blade from right to left, performing a horizontal slash aiming to slice the tree in half. Due to the enhancement of lightning throughout my blade, this would be but an easy feat, allowing me to cut the tree in half like a stick of butter with a hot knife.
As you can see, I was able to effortlessly slice through a large tree with the aid of lightning's cutting edge. This technique can be applied in nearly every weapon available to us, even projectiles. Now, it is time to utilize a technique are requires the usage of several tenkesu in our body.
Then, I turned around whilst releasing lightning chakra from the most of my tenkesu around my body. Utilizing shape manipulation I released an unfocused amount of lightning energy. While doing so I manipulated the frequency of the lightning, allowing me to release a blinding light from around my body, successfuly blinding my student.
Sorry about that, I should have warned you. However, I wanted you to experience it first hand. Now, as you can see, well you really can't, can you? Ahah ANYWAYS, lightning does not necessarily always have to be used offensively. It can also be used defensively and supplementary. These are the basics of lightning energy and several of it's usages. From then on, it is up to the each user to build their own style and usage. Now for the fun part..

(I want you to describe in the most detail that you can, how you change your chakra nature into lightning in order to change the status of the paper.)

The bolt of lightning pierces the center of the boulder, effectively causing it to burst into countless pieces of earthen debris, leaving a trail of dust in it's instead.
Another form of field-type lightning, however more oriented in the sky. The last one was focused more on the ground. Before I move onto the last variable use, I will show you the enhancement effect lightning has on weaponry.
As I said so, I proceeded unsheathe my sword from it's scabbard which was placed on the left hand side of my hip. I utilized my right hand in order to grab my sword as I channeled lightning chakra through the blade, thereafter adding advanced shape manipulation in order to change the vibrating frequencies of the lightning chakra, allowing me to effectively increase the cutting potential of the blade, creating a small and thin coating of vibrating lightning around the blade. I then proceed to burst onto a full on sprint, heading directly towards the tree towards my left hand side. As I run, I maintain the tip of my blade pointed towards the ground behind me, leaving it on my right hand side as I grasp the sword with a single hand. Nearing the tree's close range, I proceed to swing my blade from right to left, performing a horizontal slash aiming to slice the tree in half. Due to the enhancement of lightning throughout my blade, this would be but an easy feat, allowing me to cut the tree in half like a stick of butter with a hot knife.
As you can see, I was able to effortlessly slice through a large tree with the aid of lightning's cutting edge. This technique can be applied in nearly every weapon available to us, even projectiles. Now, it is time to utilize a technique are requires the usage of several tenkesu in our body.
Then, I turned around whilst releasing lightning chakra from the most of my tenkesu around my body. Utilizing shape manipulation I released an unfocused amount of lightning energy. While doing so I manipulated the frequency of the lightning, allowing me to release a blinding light from around my body, successfuly blinding my student.
Sorry about that, I should have warned you. However, I wanted you to experience it first hand. Now, as you can see, well you really can't, can you? Ahah ANYWAYS, lightning does not necessarily always have to be used offensively. It can also be used defensively and supplementary. These are the basics of lightning energy and several of it's usages. From then on, it is up to the each user to build their own style and usage. Now for the fun part..
As I say so, I burst into a full on sprint once more whilst sheathing back my blade into it's scabbard. Within moments, I appear directly in front of you with a plain piece of paper. As your blurry vision clears, you would open your eyes to see a small square piece of paper out in front of you, having my left open palm directly in front of you.
You see this piece of paper? This paper is made out of a very special tree that has been fed with chakra throughout the years. It is a very special paper that allows one to find their elemental affinity, or the elemental nature they want to utilize. I want you to channel your chakra into the piece of paper and incorporate everything I've just taught you. If everything is successful, the piece of paper should wrinkle. (I want you to describe in the most detail that you can, how you change your chakra nature into lightning in order to change the status of the paper.)

• Raijin nodded to his Senpai sudden request.
He takes the special paper and and tries to channel his chakra through it.
Nothing seemingly happens at first. He tries it again for the second time same thing happens.
• Feeling frustrated, He then remembers his senpai teachings and tries it for the third time.
• Raijin then optimizes and vibrates his chakra and it's frequency with cautious note.
Finally Raijin notice the paper wrinkle.
He then stare back at his senpai trying to see if he approves..

However, instead of releasing the chakra through your feet, I want you to try and release it from your hands. You will then utilize nature transformation in order to vibrate and change the frequency of your chakra, attempting to actually materialize it into lightning energy. If all goes well, your hand should crackle or spark in lightning. Please explain the process in detail of your actions and how you feel throughout.

My eyes widen as I see lightning begin to crackle around my student's hand.
Woah.. it seems you have a talent for lightning release. Although very weak, you were able to successfully turn the nature of your raw chakra into that of lightning energy. Good job Raijin! Now, it's time to finally learn a real technique, that was merely the foundation in order for you to get accustomed to calling forth lightning chakra. This technique is quite basic yet difficult to perform due to it coming from the body, in a way. I want you to focus your chakra inside of your mouth and turn it's nature in that of lightning. You will then use shape manipulation in order to mold the lightning chakra in the form of a small spear-like structure, quite similar to a small bolt of lightning. Attempting to maintain unity, I want you to release the projectile of lightning from your mouth and onto the three over there as you shape manipulate it. Think of yourself attempting to spit something out of your mouth. Although in a more aggressive manner, just as if you were fluidly coughing it out. (Describe in the most detail that you can, how you perform the technique and what happens.)
