[Raiton] Lightning Training With Detective L

Dean makes his way to the training field, and find himself before a young kid. These shinobi were only getting younger, he thought. Nonetheless, he remembered having his own training at around age 10, so he couldn't really judge. Dean was clad in his usual attire, with his Nekura cloak over it. With a stoic voice, Dean says;
"Hey there, kid. What's your name? I'll be training you in Lightning release, or Raiton. So first off..what can you tell me about Lightning? What does it do, how does it work, what are its strengths and weaknesses..you know, what makes it so cool? I quite liked Lightning in my early days, it was the first element I mastered. Oh, touch on notable users of the element as well."
Dean says, as he crosses his arms and waits for student's response.
