Skulduggery looks at him for a second, "I was early." He sighs and then rolls up the piece of paper and pockets it. "Tell me everything you know about lightning, what are it's properties and which elements it's strong or weak against, detail is key."
Lightning release is one of the basic five chakra natures in Naruto. It is created by increasing the speed and velocity of the chakra giving it a much faster flow thus making the overall element fast and have a high piercing potential. However with pros comes cons. The speed of the element can be hard to control which is seen in the manga. Lightning similar to electricity can paralyze upon contact which was shown by Sasuke's nagashi.
Like every element Lightning has its strengths and weakness's. Its strengths would be against Earth jutsu. Lightning has the ability to travel through earth jutsu's ripping it apart making it null. It is also strong against wood jutsu's which again was shown by Sasuke's nagashi which traveled through Yamato's wood pillar causing it to rip apart. It is also strong against Ice jutsu due to the high vibrations causing the Ice to shatter.
Lightning is weak to Wind jutsu's due to wind being a natural insulator to electricity. Lightning can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu creating a dangerous water/lightning combo which was shown by Darui.
Lightning chakra can be channeled in a kunai or sword increasing its cutting and piercing potential.

Skulduggery nods, "Alright, you got the basics correct. What you need to do now is think about the properties of lightning, feeling, sound and all that whilst your meditating and gathering raw chakra. Try to input it into your chakra as you're gathering it, just focus and be calm. Once you think you've moulded Lightning chakra correctly try and release it from your body, create some minor sparks that radiate from you."
I begin by focusing on the flow of my chakra keeping it at a steady and calm flow. Once focused I increase the flow of the chakra causing the particles to vibrate more and more giving it a vibrating noise. I maintain the focus of the chakra increasing it slowly by slowly until I cause it to jolt out of control releasing the chakra in a quick burst. I use shape manipulation on the release chakra to shape the lightning into small sparks that emit from my body.

I once again begin to focus on my chakra flow causing it to increase in speed by increasing the flow. Instead of increasing the flow of chakra in my whole body I increase the flow of chakra in both my hands causing the chakra to vibrate. I manipulate the chakra to emit from my hands while using shape manipulation to shape the lightning into small bolts that shoot out from my hands towards the practice dummy dealing some minor burns to it.

, sitting under a tree sleeping is awoken by the noise of training. Heavily annoyed at what had awoken him, Allen sends a surge of chakra into his eyes activating the doujutsu belonging to his clan, The Byakugan. After activating his byakugan, Allen looks around a bit and notices two chakra sources. One a kinda familiar one, and the other a stranger to his eyes. Still annoyed Allen stands up and begins to gather Doton Chakra into his right leg. After gathering an appropriate amount, He channels it into the ground while utilizing shape manipulation, having a pillar raise in a manner in which the familiar chakra source would be launched directly towards himself. With Skulduggery flying towards him, Allen turns his head, forms the Ox handseal, and begins gathering lightning chakra into his hand. He then concentrates the lightning within his palm and thrusts his hand forward pierces Skulduggery's chest o-o.(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

As skulduggery is talking to his student he steps back and the earth pillar shoots out in front of him. "Well that's interesting, I thought this was lightning training" Skulduggery throws a book at Gajeel, "Silly Student"
I begin by gathering my lightning chakra in both my hands. I cause the chakra to vibrate giving it a yellow glow as well as a crackling sound. I slam my palm onto the ground while channeling the lightning chakra into the ground upon impact. The lightning travels towards the clone as a wave that rips and shreds the surface of the ground up until it reaches the clone, electrifying the clone causing it to poof.

Seeing your clone run into my electric field and poof I laugh to myself at how dumb some clones can be xD.
