Do you think that sasuke's Kirin would beat kakashi's lightning beast runner jutsu? I always found them kind of similar though.

But yes, Kirin would beat it, the techinique is a larger concentration of Raiton than Kakashi's tech, canceling out Kakashi's jutsu.

Sasuke can make a Kirin with his own chakra too though.

No. Natural lightning isn't strong enough to destroy the uchiha hideout. He obviously enhances it
