1. I would like to learn raiton release, to better improve my understanding of the 5base elements, thus improving my overall skill as a shinobi.
2.Raiton is an elemental release where the user generates lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement.
3.Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart but weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.
4. A few users of the raiton element are, Kakashi Hatake, Sasuke Uchiha, Ringo Ameyuri, Killer Bee, and Kinkaku.
5. Darui uses a Storm KG produced from, ration and suiton elements. (I couldn't find another KG that utilizes raiton release, or another user of the Storm tech. Tho I believe the Yondaime Raikage uses some form of Storm release....not sure....)

Good, good. KG one is just a test, as far as I'm aware there is only one kg that uses lighting.

Anyway; Okay take this piece of paper, I hand you, send your chakra into the paper, the paper will wrinkle. if done correctly, please try it along with as much detail as you can.

As I hear your instructions on what to do with the small square of paper, I reach my hand forward and accept it from you. As I stare at the small square I begin concentrating and building up chakra in my palm and up to my fingers. I continue to look at the paper focusing and slowly forcing my chakra out of my fingertips an into the paper. After what seems like forever, but is actually moments later. To my surprise the small square crinkles an with a small cracking sound similar to a static shock the paper wrinkles up.

(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target.

Okay, gather up your raiton chakra up in both your hands, then manipulate the chakra to create small bolts of lighting to attack my clone.

One/three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1.I can use this as an opening move at a distance, I don't have to be real close to my opponent.
• 2.This technique requires small amount of chakra.
• 3. If used on or with a suiton source/technique the damage is increased.

One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1.Since its used at a distance its easily dodged by my opponent.
• 2.Its only a D rank technique, so its not good for much more than a small shock/stun.
• 3. If opponent uses any fūton technique, its nullified.

How you would use it in battle: I would use it as an opening move or as a quick counter when dodging opponent attacks.
How you would counter it: I would counter it with pretty much any fūton technique, because of its low rank its easily nullified.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):As I hear you finish your instruction, an create a bunshin, I begin charging forward in its direction. All the while building raiton chakra in both of my palms, when I get about 10m from the bunshin I jump in the air, landing about 6m from it slamming my palms on the ground sending multiple small bolts of raiton through the earth straight in front of me.

(Raiton: Raikou Oonami) - Lightning Release: Lightning Surge

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.

Gather your raiton chakra in one of your hands, then slam your hand on the ground to create a surge of lighting that will race across the ground towards my clones feet, shocking him.

One/three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1. The lightning comes through the ground forcing the opponent to look down and break eye contact with me.
• 2.The attack takes very little chakra so I imagine it won't take long to preform this technique.
• 3. Its a close range attack so my opponent won't have to much time to dodge it.

One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1. Its a D rank technique so easily countered with Futon
• 2. I have to get close range to even use it, so its most likely a counter during close range combat.
• 3. The enemy can simply jump up and over it to dodge the technique.

How you would use it in battle:I would use it at close range, most likely as I dodge an attack I would counter with this depending on range.
How you would counter it:A simple roll to the side or a quick hop in the air.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): As you make yet another clone I follow the same tactic or charging towards it, with raiton chakra quickly built up in the palm of my right hand. I'm already at 6m so when I get to about 3m I quickly and unexpectedly cartwheel to my right, your left. When my right hand touches the ground half way through the cartwheel I release the raiton chakra into the earth sending a surge of lightning quickly an straight towards the bunshin..

Gather your raiton chakra around your whole body, then manipulate it to turn into a electric field shield, that should protect you from minor attacks, nothing to heavy.

• 1. The technique is quick to use an a easy counter for low grade projectile attacks.
• 2. The technique requires no hands signs to use.
• 3. The shield damages the opponent if they attack with taijutsu.

• 1.D rank shield doesn't protect from much damage.
• 2. The opponent can clearly see the shield around me so obviously wouldn't want to get close to me or do physical damage.

How you would use it in battle:I would use it to shield myself from oncoming physical attacks, also from projectiles like kunai or paper bombs.
How you would counter it: I would counter with a long range attack or explosive tag.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I begin to focus my raiton chakra in my midsection, after I've built up the right amount I release it outwards while manipulating it to make a small protective energy field type shield around me and the small area in close proximity of myself. I notice the field is strong enough to shock and stun a small squirrel who was unfortunate enough to be standing close by observing my training.

• 2. It throws the opponent back away from me, giving me a chance to use a range attack.
• 3. Gives me some breathing room from close range attacks

• 1. Can only be used at short range.
• 2. Blows the enemy away from me, which can be troublesome of I intends to do close range combat.

How you would use it in battle: To blow away a taijutsu user or anyone attempting close range combat.
How you would counter it: By jumping away from my opponent before the field hits me.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I begin channel my Raiton chakra into the palm of my right hand, I make a slight dash towards your clone, still charging raiton chakra when I get up right up to him I fake a left hooked punch like I'm aiming for taijutsu combat, as your clone goes to strike back I trust my right hand towards him, releasing and manipulating the raiton chakra into a explosive lighting shield that covers my immediate surroundings and blasting him into next week.

How you would use it in battle: While charging the opponent or jumping backwards as I dodge the attack.
How you would counter it: I would counter it by dodging right and continuing to circle to the right around my opponent.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I begin to charge my raiton chakra in both of my hands, as I build up the right amount of chakra i cup my hands together facing outwards towards the clone, next i start changing my chakra into pure lightning. Then I shoot it out from my hands continuing the direction of your clone when it releases I manipulate it further into multiple beams. (Pew pew!! )

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Start by gather your raiton chakra throughout your hands, then manipulate your chakra to turn into a wave of lighting. The wave of lighting can vary in power. But send this wave of lighting towards my clone.

• 2.Can only be fired at close range.

How you would use it in battle: While charging the opponent or jumping backwards as I dodge the attack. Also to break through shields and defenses.
How you would counter it: I would counter it by dodging right and continuing to circle to the right around my opponent.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I begin to charge my raiton chakra up into both of my hands, as I build up the right amount of chakra i cup my hands together facing outwards towards the clone, I manipulate it into one strong wave with enough force to tear through your clone and keep going straight towards you. With that thought in my mind I release it. (Kamehameha!!!!! take that!)

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I begin charging up chakra in my hands just like I've done with all the previous techniques, this time as I release it I shape it into a small pingpong size ball an porch it straight towards the clone.

Note: It only works for one attack.
