How you would use it in battle: Would use it to alter the terrain, or to attack from above.
How you would counter it: Getting within close range of my opponent or stay long range to allow more reaction time to counter.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I begin channeling chakra to both palms, using nature manipulation I creating chidori in both on my hands. At which point I jump backwards a few meters as im in the air moving backwards, I clap my hands causing a huge wave of lightning towards Nathan-kun.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

• 1. Only Kakashi bios can infuse kunai with it.

How you would use it in battle: for a more focused lightning attack when i need to cut through something with lightning, rather then put a whole in it.
How you would counter it: Some form of wind jutsu

I begin channeling chakra to my palm, much like chidori, this time i channel it to cover my hand, making a more concentrated form of shape\nature manipulation. I lung at a near by boulder and jab into it, without any resistance my hand pentrates the boulder causing it crack and split in 2.

Okay, I said a wind jutsu because wind is a natural electrical insulator, so I would try and use a strong weakness to cancel out the raiton nature of the jutsu.

How about I would use Wind Blade to try and connect with the ether thrown Lightning Blade charged Kunai, or aim to cut off the hand if being trusted at me within short range.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

In short makes a blindly light from your body, to blind your target for a moment, can also be used with genjutsu to create interesting combos.

How you would use it in battle: I would use it as intended, to blind the opponent while I eff them up.
How you would counter it: Sunglasses?
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Focusing chakra through out my body, I make 4 quick hand seals and release it outwards with pure raiton nature. THe chakra is bright and blinding.

• 1. Isn't this jutsu pretty much a flash grenade?
• 2. 4 handseals and 40chakra to setup another jutsu

How you would use it in battle: Naturally it's used to cause a diversion. I would most likely use it while i prepare\setup for another attack.

How you would counter it: I'm actually not sure on this, any suggestions? Most i can think of is something to shield my eyes from it, but i feel like by the time i see it coming, im already blinded?

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
I begin building up chakra til i reach a sufficent level, quickly forming the Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger handseals i push all the chakra out of my tenketsus in the form of an extremely blindling light. Forcing Nathan Sensei to cover his eyes briefly while switch places with a rock on the ground behind him.

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

Okay so by gathering up a massive amount of lighting chakra in your palm, you will then create a chidori in that palm but a bigger one then a normal one from that you will point your palm outwards releasing the chakra from your hand creating a 120 degree blast of lighting that goes towards your target. Doing massive damage within that radius and to your target.
