I think they're talking about The Last however I think Kakashis Raikiri could have done the same thing to that meteor. Raikiri (Raiton) had a natural advantage to the meteor (Doton) and it did exactly what Raiton does to Doton, surge through it all and breaks it apart.

Yes, Raikiri could have did it and Kakashis base chakra is enough.

Ok, not gonna bother with that. It's besides the focal point of my argument, which is Raikiri is 'just' piercing rocks while Sasuke's Chidori is vaporising meteors.

Raiton never created explosions last time i checked bar a few cases, let alone concentrated ones) that dwarfs the Hokage Montain, saying Kakashi's Raikiri can replicate the feat is plain ridicolous and would imply his chakra is on Rikudou Sasuke's level, when it isn't even near EMS Sasuke's.
