so lets get this out of the way so we can begin.
For our training this is the template you have to follow.

Speed of use:
The first few are fairly easy, the first is simply you performing the technique. Use a good amount of description and don't forget to use nature and shape manipulation when I mention it. The next two are simply the advantages and disadvantages that are accompanied with the technique we are learning. Whether that be trapping your opponent or losing sight of him from the scale of the technique to name a couple examples.
While with the techniques that counter you simply have to copy/paste the a technique that you think counters the one we are learning and give a small explanation why you think so.(1-2 sentences). Also with this try to think outside the box so don't always go straight for the element that its weak to, doing so will help you understand battling more and will actually help you in fights.
As for speed of use you factor in the techniques preparation time(handseals, etc) where it actually forms(near you, near your opponent) and its travel speed to assign it as slow, medium or fast. Along with that give it a small explanation on why you assigned it so.

(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. *performs the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey hand seals*
While performing the hand seals, he starts gathering Lightning Release chakra in his right palm. After a short amount of time, he finishes doing it, but he makes sure he has enough chakra. He opens his palm out in a similar way to performing Rasengan and starts releasing the chakra out really quickly. The ammount of the chakra is so great, that with using elemental manipulation, it even becomes visible. He uses shape manipulation to use the piece of the lightning to create a ball in his palm. With that, he has the the classical Chidori in his hand. But he want to step on the higher level of control. He puts some more shape manipulation in it and hard concentration and manages to control the Chidori to start extending towards the sempai's clone. After only a few seconds, it starts to look like a long spear and he continues to extend it is an incredible speed. When it gets close to the clone, the clone doesn't even get the time to react properly and before it even blinks, the spear touches it and it automatically splits into numbers of smaller blades that attack the clone at the same time, from various sides. This kills the clone in an instand, but if it was a real human being, it would cause some serious injuries on them.
Advantages: This is fairly a good technique. It has the classical numbing effects of Chidori-like techniques, but it also have enchanted cutting abilities (gives the spear a certain solidity and thus make sit more stronger and durable) and if the technique succeeds to touch the opponent, it becomes a serious and very hardly stoppable threat because it can even split into bumerous smaller blades and increase the number of injuries and cuts on the target. The spear extends in an incredible speed. It's great that the user has great posibilities of using it in two different ways; if he/she wants to concentrate the power on one place, they won't split it into smaller blades, but if theey want to share power to multiple places, they willd do so.
Disadvantages: The technique is extremely straightforward, the first big blade continues to move in the same way as you've started moving in the the frist place; ni a straight line. And also, the user has no control over the smaller blades that appear because they're very rapid and also straight. The blade needs to touch the target to take effect, which is ucually not the best thing and the user stays connected to the blade, whi is never a good thing.

It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Good, very good. The only flaw is that you must also post why you think that those techniques counter the one we are learning, it only needs to be a very brief explanation. This is to help me look for any flaws in your understanding of the technique we are learning. Keep that in mind. Next:

Then begin to spin this chakra, while doing so focus it and use nature manipulation to change it into lightning and then use shape manipulation to form it into a tube shape around you. Then control this vortex and launch it towards my clone, shaping it into a dragons head as it travels before it impacts him.
