Lightning Release chakra is one of the basic five elements and allows you to be able to create lighting-like streams that can pierce through many things. Lightning is weak against Wind because wind is the natural insulator for lightning, and it's strong against earth because it can travel through and easily cut it. Lightning Release is basically just offensive attacks and that's why I want to learn it. With having Raiton, you can have the strongest offences to attack the opponent and it is very good in a close combat battles, due to the fact that it can be released from your body or through a blade, which are many elements unable to do. Lightning can be used in many creative states which really amazes me, you can create amazing creatures.^^

Fire Release can help to make Lightning Releases stronger, too. By shooting the fire shots in the air and making it hot, fire can call lightning, and due to the fact that natural lightning can help Raiton and make it stronger, that makes a perfect combination.

Good, I like how you including the way fire is used to set up Kirin. Another aspect of the fire/lightning relationship is that they are both non-physical entities, allowing them to flow through one another without much change in there strength. Fire.lightning combos can be tricky to counter as a large enough fire jutsu will produce enough sound and have enough size to 'hide' a lightning attack within it.
What properties of lightning do you think give it it's ability to cut through objects and which attribute will give away the fact that an opponent is using a lightning jutsu (whether you can see them use it or not)?

You can easily figure out that the opponent is using or will be in a short time a Lightning Releases jutsu by the typical sound. You can hear the buzzing of the lightning and the sound of electricity when there's a meritocratic compound. Lightning Release can cut through things with increasing the high frequency vibrations of the user's chakra.

Very good, you seem to have a decent level of knowledge about Raiton. Keep all these things in mind as you will now have to replicate them using your chakra, creating 'Raiton' Chakra.
Now try to gather you Raiton chakra into your hands and use it to form small lightning bolts that you will shoot at my clone. Be specific where they hit as to get the most out of your jutsu.

When he feels that he has enough chakra for doing this technique, he stops. Now, he stretches out his right palm and starts moving his chakra toward it. When the chakra arrives, he first pictures the the technique in his head and feels like he's ready to perform it. He starts releasing chakra from his hands. Just as the chakra leaves the body, he starts controlling it to shape into a bolt. After a while, the bolt is ready and he looks around and find the senpai's clone, Now, he concentrates and shoot the clone into it's heart, causing it to vanish. As he sees more of the clones coming, he repeats the process a few more times, ending the short "lives" of all of them.
This can be used as the most effective way by shooting the bolts to pierce through the opponent's hear of head. But, can be used in a tricky version, too. You can shoot the bolts toward the opponent's legs, causing him/she to loose balance or/and to fall into your trap.

After a while, he finishes with collecting his Raiton chakra in his palms. He put the same amount of chakra into the both palms for the better control of power. Now, he concentrates on performing the technique and locates the sempai's clone and toward to him. He severely slaps both of the hand on the ground which result with triggering the chakra. He takes the control over the release to stop the explosion of atoms. He makes the chakra release pretty thin and with pressure releases it toward the clone. As he does so, a straight line starts piercing through earth creating the recognizable sound of lightning. He doesn't fully control it, though. He lets is to act chaotic and on some places to go a bit from the earth. He put more of the chakra that he gathered and makes the stream even more fast and gets to the clone's feet. He watches the clone fall on earth form the electroshocks. He easily finishes it of with a simple kunai.

Very good, just a note however; Lightning is made of electrons not atoms, they will tends to fly off uncontrollably towards positively charged atoms thus where I you need to control the lighting. To stop the electrons from flying away and directing the energy towards you target.
So, not much to explain with this one as you pretty much do the same.

You will begin by surging your lightning chakra all through you body, releasing it as a field around your body. Then concentrate it to form a dense shield of lightning that will protect you from my clone jumping on you. Watch as he gets shocked, bounces off and disperses due to the pain of getting shocked. You will then keep it up as I have a second clone standing just outside the radius of your shield... Surge more lightning chakra into your shield, blowing the entire thing outwards to send electricity surging all around you to hit my clone. He should disperse from the force of the blow, coupled with the lightning surging around the your from the explosion.

He uses shape manipulation and a small and think, but powerful bolt coming out of every spot. He control sthe bolst to starts going towards the earth. But, he's still not pleased enough with it. Whilst the lightnings are travelling, he ramifies every single bolt creating a larger surface. The technique starts piercing through earth and when it get to the sempai's clone, it gives it an electroshock and makes it pass away.
When the technique is combined with water, it creates a much powerful electroshock, due to the fact that the lightning will spread all over the water and make themselves stronger. The technique should kill the clone then.

Now hold your hands in front of you like you are holding a basket ball, then proceed to channel your raiton chakra into you hands which you will then use to form a ball of lightning in between your hands. Then shoot it at my clone as your shout "Masenko-Ha"!
You must shout Masenk-ha U_U For bonus points you can hold your hands on your forehead and make the ball that way, I don't mind xd
