it's ohk, you don't got to report him he was just trying to inform me, which i appreciate.
-Chakara is basically the energy that ninjas or shinobis use to do a jutsu, all jutsu needs some type of chakara input except taijutsu which uses the body only. Ninjas use this to perform jutsu by merging the physical energy they have along with their spiritual energy and will power. shinobi uses these also through performing/using a hand seal as a trigger to release their very own chakara from the body, anypart of the body that is

Yes, chakra in the narutoverse really involves everything you do. Everything you do requires chakra, as inthis universe chakra is like the source of life or energy pertaining to them. In the case of taijutsu, it just doesnt consume as much as it would take for a shinobi to create walls of earth and lightning bolts.

Chakra also has a part to do with ninjutsu as well. Ninjutsu has to deal with shape manipulation, giving shape to your chakra, and nature manipulation which adds characteristics to your techniques (Fire, lightning, water, tools, etc)

So you use your chakra to firstly shape your chakra into the form you have an affinity for and then give it the characteristics of lightning which is what we are about to do. Any questions?

Try focusing chakra to the bottom of your sole and climb up this tree. get tot he top and retrieve my kunai

Description: This is a training method used to gain the basic skills of chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the bark of the tree to break around the point of contact and the user to fall. This technique becomes second nature to shinobi with more practice.
Note: Technique only for use of training methods.

As i see my sensei throw the kunai up at the tree in front of me which sticks firmly in the tree, i then walk up to it and begin to focus my chakara. As i am focusing it, i begin to channel it at the bottom of my feet, i then jump on the tree to stand on it, while controling my chakara use so that i don't use to much or too little, as i am walking up the tree i don't feel the bark falling or breaking off around the sole of my feet so i know it is the right amount of chakara release. With this same concentration in mind, i quickly run up the tree where the kunai is and grab it out, and look down back and my sensei.
"Hey look sensei, i got it!"

Hmm, I think you need to work on keeping that flow of chakra consistently going as you walk up the tree. Try again, im sure youll get it.

Ok, as i fall to the ground, i get up back and dust myself off. With my not giving up attitude, i channel the chakara to the bottom of my feet the same way i did before. This time, i concentrate harder on maintaining a constant flow of chakara to my feet, and begin my ascension up the tree. As i reach the top, i quickly grab the kunai and show you it

(Suimen Hokō no Gyō) - Water Surface Walking Practice

Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly. This technique becomes second nature to shinobi with more practices.
Note: Technique only for use of training methods.

Sensei, that pond looks nasty...i don't want to fall in it T_T
But your call, i then walk next to the pond, and concentrate my chakara at the bottom of my feet the same i did with the tree climbing, releasing a steady flow of chakara. AS this is happening, i place on foot over on the pond to feel if the right amount of chakara is release. As i confirm the right amount, i then place the other foot and begin to walk over on the pond

Try focusing on adjusting your chakra flow to the currents of the water so that you stay ontop and dont fall in.

i then swim back to the land and dry myself off. As i am done, i then quickly gather chakara in my feet and stand on the edge of the water. As i am on the water, i start to channel my chakara in a flow to match the strength of the waves and the current of the pond. I continue to walk and continuously adjust my chakara to keep an in between steady flow to keep me a top of the pond

Excellent, now before we start can you tell me what lightning is in the narutoverse in your own words?

IS basically one of the most deadliest elements, and most fast. It's an element that can be used to do piercing damage to an enemy, or simply a paralyzing technique. It's weak against wind, because wind blows the particles away and strong against earth, due to it's piercing power can simply break through the fundamental qualities that make the earth strong and solid

Good, now try and get your chakra to vibrate intensely, as lightning and electricity does into your hands creating lightning.

I then open my palm and begin to gather chakara in it, as i am doing this i am using shape manipulation to turn the lightning into a vibrating substance, that is being shape into electricity little by little, and going around my hand

Good, now forcibly fire it at my clone

while the chakara in the palm of my hand is created, i continue to add chakara to it, giving it more strength. Then i extend my right hand out, releasing the stored up chakara in my hand in one single blast that reaches the clone and pierces him
