Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Now for this jutsu you need to hold your hand out as if it was a sword, then channel lightning chakra into it. It should begin to glow pale yellow after that. Just after your hand changes colour you release the chakra and create bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn. This can be used to attack multiple targets
