Every attack except lighting style is banned. Raikages aren't included bc armour is broken in this scenario.

Has to be Darui, surely. His moveset allows for all those black lightning attacks as well as lightning circus. On top of that he defo has basic elemental jutsu.

Kirin will be great but will definitely tire him.

Due to the scenario, he ain't the strongest but i'd give this to someone like Raiga or Darui who were dishing out large elemental attacks pretty effortlessly. They're two of the only ninja here who isn't massively restricted.

When it comes to physical ability nobody surpasses Sasuke in this battle nor do they even come close considering he can keep up with Kinshiki in close combat, that and his physical strikes are enough to damage Momoshiki.

When it comes to CQC ability nobody surpasses Sasuke for the same reason as above.

When it comes to firepower Sasuke is also far superior as he obliterated a Mountain Sized Meteor with his Chidori. Sasuke with just Chidori or Chidori Katana has better feats than everybody on this list combined (chasing down and cutting JJ Madara in half with Chidori Eiso, shocking Kinshiki with Chidori, blowing up a meteor, etc)

Sasuke also has more stamina than anyone on the list. Not a contest.

Intelligence - I would say Darui. He conducted Raiton with Suiton to numb Sasuke with electricity, which I think is legit intelligent move. Killer Bee's lightning pencil combo with Samehada is also very intelligent to kill opponent.

Stamina - Killer has far greater stamina than in those list combined, since he hosts Hachibi.

Agility - Killer Bee is faster than anyone on the list.

Intel - Kakashi or Sasuke due to the Sharingan. I would give it to Kakashi, since he's smarter.

Reaction Time - Killer Bee easily. He reacted to Hirashin twice without intel.

Jutsu variety - Kakashi easily. He incorporate lightning to any situation from clone to paralyze opponent, shaping his Chakra to a wolf or chain and amplify weapons.

Handsign speed - Kakashi for this one too. He kept up with Itachi in sign speed, whom has the fastest sign speed in the manga.

I would give this to Killer Bee, mostly because of he would destroy all those in the list in close quarter combat. But Kakashi is a better lightning user.

Sorry kiddo. I fully support free speech. What I don't support is blatant stupidity, which is what is being displayed when I see nonsense like Darui or B or some one who has had zero panel time winning in a match with a guy who can keep up with Kinshiki in close combat.

Didn't duari or the other kage keep with kinshiki as well ? Not saying they come close to sauce but your reasonijng is iffy to me I mean he did go against kinshiki alone as opposed to the kage but he also used other things like genjutsu during the fight so it wasn't just a pure taijutsu fight (on sauce part) like how this is supposed to be also btw not addressing this you kg but m ore so to eve ryone else

Darui never fought Kinshiki, only Momoshiki. Sasuke also never used Genjutsu against Kinshiki. They fought in swordplay for a while until Sasuke was forced to use Ameno to escape. No one has the ability to do what Sasuke did in close combat, and the latter only used his sword. Here he has Chidori and all it's variants so idk how people are coming to the conclusion that he loses, and there's the bold. You are 100% right with the bold. His speed alone is enough to give everyone on this list issues let alone the rest of the jutsu he's allowed here.

I don't hate fictional character. I analyse the manga and draw my conclusion. I'm opened for any debate to be proven wrong, otherwise, childish replies like ''troll'' or ''stupid'' aren't worth my time. Also, I never said BM Minato obliterates Rinnegan Sasuke, I said he beats him. If you haven't replied yet and that's your reason for doing so, then I'll just take it as concession.
