I try to make out what sensei was asking, I tried but couldn't then it hit me that whatever he is gonna ask is going to be about lightning.
I respond in a loud voice.
lightning release in NB is one of the five nature manipulation element. Lightning has the ability to cause a charge(electrons) that can electrocute someone, it is unpredictable meaning it doesn't travel in a straight path, but a master of it could control it end point.
Lightning release is done by channelling high frequency vibration chakra from your body, lightning release is relatively slower than the actually lightning.
Lightning release can be used as a armour; a user of this release can fuse lightning release with his body, this would increase the shinobi physical abilities such as toughness of the skin, improved speed and high level response.
Lightning can also be fused with ninja weapon; lightning would increase the cutting damage as well as the after effect of the weapon. Lightning can cause paralysis when it electrocute someone allowing the user to place the finishing blow.
Another fusion is with fire; fire and lightning compliment each other, they are the strongest and most destructive elements of the five element. When this two element combine, they cover up for their weaknesses.
Lightning fused with water would expand the range of the lightning release. When lightning and water mix there is a electrifying reaction.
Lightning is strong against earth, due to earth solid nature, lightning is able to travel through it easily and destroying it in the process.
Lightning is weak to wind, wind can conduct electricity(lightning) directing it toward another direction or back at the user or nullify it. Lightning is made of negatively charged ions, wind is made of positive and negative charged ions. The positive ions would cancel out the negative ions.

Shocked nothing happened, without removing my hands from yours I state to explain out loud to you, I did everything right I think, I remember the properties of lightning; lightning doesn't travel in a straight path, it give out a brighten and sound effect when released, it can electrify a solid object containing fluid when it come in contact with it that's because it consist of negatively charge current and it travel in a flash of light...oh a natural lightning is released when two different pressured air of different temperature met right? Not waiting for your respond, I go on, I channel my chakra in my stomach like this I use my right hand to perform a gesture then place it back on your hand(I begin to concentrate my chakra in my main body region) ...then I convert it into lightning, keeping quiet for moment so I accurately convert my gathered chakra into lightning, after that is done I continue talking then I released it through my hand like this, without looking to see the result I keep talking; "you see nothing again" I then remove my hand from yours and sit on the floor, "lightning just doesn't come easy for me". I stare into a distance await your words of comfort and encouragement >_<

I clear my mind and attempt to recall that electric feeling I got earlier, I continue to think about it until I had created a similar event in my mind then I channel my chakra toward my stomach region, I continue until I have gather a mass of chakra I then charge up my chakra converting it into lightning gradually, after completely converting my chakra into lightning, I then channel the lightning toward my right hand, I focus more of the lightning distribution toward the surface of my palm.
With this I bend down quickly and slam my right palm toward the ground, as I hit my palm to the ground I release the lightning toward the earth, this would result in a wave of lightning being released from the point my palm meet the ground, I manipulate the lightning with my chakra existing in it to travel through the ground toward her feet.

I gather chakra in my stomach then I begin to increase the vibration of the chakra I gathered in my stomach, the chakra would change into lightning. I proceed to channel the lightning from my stomach toward my upper body then to my hands, I stretch out my arms in front of me and release the lightning chakra around me, I then manipulate the lightning to form a shield protecting me from the two paths.
*turn around as sensei point to the lurking path behind me*

As I turn around I lift my right hand toward the path. With the remnant lightning chakra on my hand I gather more lightning chakra from my main body and add to it, now fully charged
, I release the lightning out around me then morph it to create a electric shield, using the shield as an offensive tool I blast it outward toward the path.

After I Regain my stance I channel my chakra toward my hand, concentrating on the chakra I gather, I start to increase the frequency of the motion of my chakra causing it to pick up a lightning property gradually. Alright, moving on to the c-ranks! ^^ For the jutsu below perform the Boar, Ram, Snake, Horse, and Dragon handseals. Then gather lightning in your hands and release it as a stream of lightning powerful enough to fry someone struck by it. This jutsu works even better in conjunction with water jutsu. Get these guys attention.

(Raiton: Jibashi) - Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder
Konan drunk in the new feeling of her lightning ability, she rush off the moment her sensei point toward the jacuzzi. While running she gather chakra in her torso. Timing her jump, she lift into mid air toward the "chilling" pains.
While in the air she stretch out both her hand in front of her. Enclosing her right and left hand together to form the boar, ram, snake, horse and dragon hand seals consecutively.
After making the dragon hand seal, she convert her raw chakra into lightning and proceed to channel the lightning chakra toward her hand.
By now konan would be dropping down from the sky toward the jacuzzi; she stretch out both her hand toward the jacuzzi and release a mass stream of lightning into the water in the jacuzzi electrocuting the pains.

(Raiton: Raikyu) - Lightning
Release: Lightning Ball.
Konan place both her hand enclosed together in front of her and upto her chest level. She gradually channel a large mass of raw chakra toward her left and right hand.
Konan spread her enclosed hands apart, such that the gap between both hands would just be sufficient for a spherical object to fit in.
Now set konan convert the gathered raw chakra around her left and right hand into lightning, she does this by increasing the vibration of her raw chakra, little discharge of lightning particle would be seen escaping along her arms.
Now konan begin to imagine (create a vivid image) a ball of lightning inbetween her left and right hand, with this image in her mind she manipulate the lightning chakra to emit out of her right and left hand in equal amount(maybe little varies) such the lightning will met at mid distance from each hand.
Konan continue to manipulate the lightning making it go in a spiral pattern along the centre (mid distance), she continue until she had made a ball of lightning.
Keeping control of her lightning ball, she thrust forward both her arm toward the incoming animal path, this action would cause the lightning ball to travel toward the animal path. The ball of lightning would electrocute her if it make contact.
(Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armour
Konan gather a large mass of raw chakra in her stomach then convert it into lightning steadily.
she maintain a calm and cool mind as she channel the mass lightning chakra in her stomach to other parts of her both, she ensure there was still sufficient lightning chakra remaining in her stomach.
After properly channelling lightning through her body she release it gradually out her body, hands, back and legs. As the lightning element crawl out of konan's body she manipulate it to surround all areas of her body such it would serve as a shield against incoming attack.

However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Next, raise your hand in front of you with your fingers strait. Gather lightning in your hand and release it in the form of a large horn made up of several lightning bolts spread out. Fend these guys off.

With that done you utilize the chakra within it to levitate the sword before creating two more physical copies of it, also levitating. You should then control the blades to spin quickly and fly towards your target almost like shurikens.

Konan take off her coat and proceed to run up the cliff, few minutes after a clone appear behind her.
Konan take notice of the clone and begin to gather lightning chakra around her hands, as she get to the top of the cliff, she quickly make a snake and a upside-down tiger hand then clap her hands together with force as she release her gathered lightning chakra.
The collision of her hands would cause a wave of electricity to erupt, konan direct the wave toward the top of the rock, the lightning would strike the rock causing debris
of earth to fall off and downward the slope ending toward the clone.
The fragments of rocks would crush the clone.

Lightning Strike Horn Technique
From the top of the cliff konan jump down. In mid air, konan stretch out her right hand toward the three pein.
Then she gather lightning chakra in her right hand
and release it through her finger in the form of a
large horn, she further manipulate the horn- shaped lighting, making several
lightning bolts erupt from it.
Konan use this lightning bolt to strike the three peins as she land to the ground.

Konan draw out a katana from her back then she channel her lightning chakra through her hand and infuse her lightning chakra into it.
Using the teaching of telekinesis from "my" ninjutsu class; she make the sword float in air.
Konan maintain focus on the sword then somehow make two identical physical copies of the sword.
With a gesture of her left hand, she make the three sword spin rapidly and travel toward the three pein, the swords cut them down.

Seeing the peins regenerate, she hit herself on the forehead, "that's right they dead already" she reminded herself.
konan perform a leap into the air, while in the air she channel mass amount of lightning chakra from her stomach to her right hand, as she proceed to fall back to the earth she stretch out her right hand out and slam it to the ground as she make contact, she immediately release the lightning chakra from her hand and inject it into the ground and across it, this would cause discharged electrical energy to be emitted which in return result in bolts of lightning spreading wide from her position and into the ground, the bolts of lightning would shock the two peins on their tracks.

Konan maintain sight of the fleeing peins as she chase them into the forest, while running she pull both her hand in front of her and wave the tiger, snake and dog hand seals then begin to accumulate lightning chakra in her left hand.
Konan still running charge up electric current on her hand and released it, she manipulate the lightning to invade trees to hit the first pein at close range, the second pein at mid range and the last pein would nearly escaped at long range from her. she had clear vision of all of them.Well that's all of them she said feeling satisfied.

konan taking a moment to enjoy the beauty of the forest suddenly see a pack of peins running toward her. She take to her heels looking for an area in the forest with less trees and more open field.
Once she found it she stop there and turn to face the peins, she quickly accumulate lightning chakra in her body, this would be noticed by the little sparks escaping her body.
She hold out both her arm and form the Ox hand seal then channel the lightning to her arms and release it within a short area from her, she further manipulate the lightning to form a wall wide and high enough to protect her from the peins, the lightning wall will electrocute the peins when they come in contact.
Well done. Now raise your hands to the sky and send electricity into the clouds above us. Afterwards make lightning drop from the clouds and strike your target. These lightning strikes are fast but nowhere close to actual ones. Teach these guys how electricity was discovered.

Konan see some peins flying kites, it was such a lovely sight she felt so bad about what's coming next, she raise both her arm up into the sky and channel lighting chakra to her arm.
When fully charged she release electrical discharge into the cloud above her then she take advantage of her lighting chakra and cause lighting to come out from the cloud and strike the kites, this in return would electrocute the peins.

As the dog set to rampage she quickly wave the ram, boar, dog, and hare hand seals. She smash her right hand to the ground and release lightning into it.
Using her lightning, she shape the earth to cause four large pillar to rise around the dog, the four pillar would surround the dog covering equal distance and height.
She further manipulate her lightning to emit from each of the rock pillar and strike the dog within it. She continue until the dog went down then cancel the tech.

She continue as she watch Fø̲̣̣я̅ the water monster to make impact first. Once the water dragon made a hit she forcefully released the lightning from her hands and direct it toward the water body, as the wave of electricity meet the water body, it would travel along the water body and strike the crab. Due to the combination of a water jutsu the electrical power would be powerful enough to fry the crab.
