In doing so, the user will increase the power and size of the lightning jutsu boosting any lightning jutsu by 25 damage points. By the increase in chakra the lightning gains more power as the power of the electrical current is increased.

Note: Can only use used on lightning the user or the users summon has created
Note: Can only be used once one each lightning jutsu creates
Note: can only be used 3 times
