Well from what I know, since it is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques, it allows the user to create the lightning from their body by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra.

*I tke note of the training dummy 5 meters in front of me. I focus chakra into my palms and as I do this I begin to vibrate my chakra to increase its frequency. Once I've established this, I manipulate my chakra and release small bolts of lightning towards the training dummy.*

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake โ Upside down Tiger โ Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Once, I'm within range of the mountain I jump onto side of the cliff face and begin running up. I weave the handsigns snake-> upsidedown tiger-> clap my hands, and I release my chakra in the form of an electrical energy wave into the ground, causing large rocks to fall past me and roll down the side of the cliff.*
2) *I make four clones forming the clone seal and they all begin by surrounding me. They each pull out a kunai. Clone1 standing at the 11 o clock, clone2 at 2 o clock, clone3 at 7 o clock, clone4 at 5 o clock each at an 11 meter distance. I raise my hand in front of me like a sword and focus my chakra into my hand, the clones charge towards me. My chakra begins by glowing a pale yellow-like color. 1)*I draw my sword from my scabbard. I then focus my raiton chakra into my blade by channeling my chakra and vibrating the frequency of my chakra. Manipulating the sword my chakra, I release my grip and have it levitate. I channel more chakra into my sword and make two extra copies.Using my I then, have them spin rapidly and strike a large rock. Both sword spin and land pinned onto the rock and crumble it away upon impact.*

Without hesitation, I jump upward and slam my palm onto the ground. Once upon impact, I discharge the bolts up to five meters into the ground around me. Once I've discharged it up to 5 meters I then, manipulate the bolts with my chakra and send them upto 10 meters striking the ground.*

I then, call forth four giant pillars that surround the boulder while at the same time having the pillars strike the boulder with bolts of lightning. Once the technique is finished, the damaged boulder is encased by my four pillars and I have the pillars continue to zap the boulder. I stop after a bit to focus on the next tech.*
