Jubie: *scratches head* well, lightning Release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, so they can do piercing damage and fast movement attacks. lighting can shock people, leaving them i a paralyses so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike.

True. To fill you in on some more, Lightning is strong to Earth, the high energy vibrating lightning can easily pierce through the sturdy rock structures and cause them to crumble. Wind is strong to lightning, air being a natural insulator for electricity makes it hard for the lightning's energy to move through, unlike water which is a great element to combine with lightning as water makes for a natural conductor and allows the lightning to spread faster through it as well as making the water paralyzing or fatal on touch.

A storm starts rumbling over the training field as I speak, thunder booming and lightning strikes on the horizon, no rain however.

Now, take a seat and clear your mind, let the energy and sounds of the storm fill your mind, let your chakra flow naturally and after a while you'll feel a change. Let me know how you feel.

Your on to the right path. Think about what lightning is. High energy, fast moving, vibrating energy that seems wild to the naked eye, but is guided by its energy before it even occurs. Listen to the storm, think of the energy held within like a beast.

Try to mimic this though with your chakra, speed your chakra flow up and increase its movements even to the smallest amounts you can, causing it to vibrate.

Jubie: *sits* hhhm....*tries to speed up chakra* hhhhhhhhmmmmmm. *hearing the boom of the storm down to the cracking of the air* ...*a spark flies from his arm* ?

*sees the spark* well it might be a bit unbalanced yet but it seems like you were able to mold some lightning chakra, unknowingly or not.

Take the feeling of electricity and power of the storm and try to mentally command it to flow into this paper *hands you a small white piece of chakra paper* if done right, the paper will crinkle up like foil from the chakra. Then we can begin practicing techniques.

Jubie:i doubt this will work *doubtful face* *grabs the paper* i wonder how this'll work... *tries to channel energy through arm out into the paper* i feel like a heat source is coming through me...like im burning up but it doesn't hurt don't forget to vibrate your chakra
