Hello there ^^ So before we can begin we have to go through the formalities, lol.
For our training this is the template you have to follow.

Speed of use:
The first few are fairly easy, the first is simply you performing the technique. Use a good amount of description and don't forget to use nature and shape manipulation. The next two are simply the advantages and disadvantages that are accompanied with the technique we are learning. Whether that be for example, trapping your opponent or losing sight of him from the scale of the technique.
While with the techniques that counter you simply have to copy/paste a whole technique that you think counters the one we are learning and give a small explanation why you think so.(1-2 sentences). Also with this try to think outside the box so don't always go straight for the element that its weak to, doing so will help you understand battling more and will actually help you in fights.
As for speed of use you factor in the techniques preparation time(handseals, etc) where it actually forms(near you, near your opponent) and its travel speed to assign it as slow, medium or fast. Along with that give it a small explanation on why you assigned it so.

Ooookay then lets get started. To begin perform your last technique you did with your previous teacher but utilize my template this time. Its this technique btw since she didn't post it.
( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 15 (-5 per turn)
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. I begin by drawing my sword while channeling my lightning chakra into the blade of the sword giving it a glow. The lightning stored in the blade adds to the sword cutting potential. I slowly let go of the blade allowing it to float in front of me. Whilst levitating I manipulate my chakra causing it to split into two physical copies of the original clone. The difference is that the copies are made up of entirely out of my lightning chakra. The copies begin to float around on the spot. Whilst spinning I bring my right hand up and push forwards causing the lightning sword to shoot out towards where I directed them, The sword being infused and coated with lightning are now even more deadlier than the normal blade.
Advantages:
Can be used to attack multiple enemies with.
Can be brought right back around if the opponent avoids it, instead of countering it.
Disadvantages:
The user must focus on the technique for it to work. This leaves the user open for an attacks.
Can be countered easily due to it being a sword at the end of the day.
Techniques that counter this one:
Any D rank or high wind jutsu's.

Ok so I want you to make sure to mention where you actually use nature and shape manipulation in your performance of the technique. Also for your counter I want you to actually post a technique that you think counters the one we are learning and give a small explanation as to why you think so. So I want you to do that now, before we move on post a counter to the technique we just learnt with a small explanation.(1-2 sentences.) Don't redo your whole reply just the counter part 
(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm
This can be used to counter the jutsu due to it nullifying the lightning. The gale that is produced is powerful enough to nullify the lightning as well as sending the swords back towards the opponent at quite a fast speed.

This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm. The user will then slam their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

Techniques that counter this one:
(Fūton: Shippuu Tama) - Wind Release: Twister Shot
This can be used to fire a twister from their mouth towards the user of the lightning jutsu, quite low to the ground causing a dust cloud to be carried with the twister making it a smokescreen and attack all in one.
Speed of use:
Fairly fast due to its lightning properties.

I begin by channeling my lightning chakra into my right hand. I slowly build up my chakra until I gathered enough. Once ready I slam my right hand onto the ground releasing the lightning chakra straight into the ground. As soon as the lightning chakra leaves my hands, I use my nature manipulation, changing the chakra into pure running lightning. Ok a solid reply, lets move on. Since that was the last technique for C rank lightning I now require you to perform a move using some of the C rank techniques we just learnt ^^ pretend were in a battle and Im your opponent. Make a move using 2 C rank lightning techniques and any other one technique of your choosing. Don't just be boring or simple and blast techniques at me, be creative, make combos. If you be too straight forward ill make you redo it til im satisfied

I begin by channeling my wood chakra into the ground beneath you. I manipulate the chakra causing it to materialize into three large pillars of wood that erupt through the ground beneath you. The pillars of wood crash into your legs causing you to be flung into the sky uncontrollably.

Whilst your still in the air I quickly gather my lightning chakra into my right hand whilst performing the handseals tiger-snake-dog. Once done a electric current is formed around my hand that I manipulate causing it to extend from my hand. The current reaches you whilst your still in the air causing you to be electrocuted.
( Raiton: Raigeki) - Lightning Release: Electric Attack
I then raise my hand infront of me similar to that of a sword. I channel my lightning chakra into my hand causing it to glow a pale yellow shade due to the large amount of concentrated lightning chakra stored there. I manipulate the chakra causing it to be released in a flurry of lightning bolts in the shape of a horn spreading outwards towards your body, causing more damage to you.
(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

I begin by gathering my lightning chakra. Once my lightning chakra is gathered, I channel the chakra from my body outwards into the air in front of me. Once the chakra is channeled into the air I then focus this chakra. This allows me to transform the lightning chakra into actual lightning due to nature manipulation. I use shape manipulation on the lightning causing it to change into a wall of lightning that is formed in front of me.
Advantages:
Can be used against clones and small ranked summoning.
Fairly quick to perform due to no handseals being required
Disadvantages:
Doesn't protect from jutsu that happen from underground or the sky due to it being a wall.
Techniques that counter this one:
(Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm or (Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Due to the water being formed from underneath the opponent.
Speed of use:
Fairly fast due to it being lightning and having no handseals.
