Okay, for now we'll continue where LA left off. I'll inflict my style upon this training when we come to a natural oint for me to do so.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique
I begin by channeling my lightning chakra into my right hand. Once the chakra is gathered a slight humming sound radiates from my hand due to the vibration of the particles.. I release the pale yellow lightning in bolts that are shaped like horns by the use of shape manipulation. The horns spread out towards the group of dummies hitting them all.

the technique is shaped like a horn, not horns ^_^ other than that, you did fine.
For the next technique, you need to have a sword. You channel your lightning chakra into the blade, increasing its cutting capabilities as well as slightly increasing it's range, you then let go of the blade and allow it to levitate in front of you. Once that step is complete, you make two physical copies of the blade (made entirely of focused lightning) which will float either side of the actual blade. You then, using your chakra force the three blades to begin to spin rapidly on the spot, once the blades are spinning you can use your hands to control them, making them fly through the air in order to cut your opponent or anything else you want to cut. Whilst you're controlling the blades, you CANNOT do anything else.

I begin by drawing my sword while channeling my lightning chakra into the blade of the sword giving it a glow. The lightning stored in the blade adds to the sword cutting potential. I slowly let go of the blade allowing it to float in front of me. Whilst levitating I manipulate my chakra causing it to split into two physical copies of the original clone. The difference is that the copies are made up of entirely out of my lightning chakra. The copies begin to float around on the spot. Whilst spinning I bring my right hand up and push forwards causing the lightning sword to shoot out towards where I directed them, The sword being infused and coated with lightning are now even more deadlier than the normal blade.
