Lets get this begining stuff out the way.
Great! Before we start let me inform you that my teaching style is a bit different. Mainly I will be going through the jutsu list as I see fit for your training. However it will not be in order as you see it. You will not be performing each jutsu, as all you are doing is reading the description of the jutsu and rewording how you would perform it. I want you to have a basic concept and principal of how to use these jutsu and apply them when you have a battle. The goal is for you to understand the concept, so that you have a better understanding how it works. This is a give and take situation where I will require you to ask me any questions that you might have. If you do not ask question then this training will be pointless for you and for myself. So I ask you to ask questions whenever you have a question, it is an important part of my training. This training style is not meant to be fast, there is no point in rushing through the training. If I feel that you do not have the grasp of a certain concept with this training then I will ask you to do same thing over. So do not be discouraged, I want you to be able to understand what is going on, this is almost a mix of elemental training and battle training put together.
Another note! I briefly mentioned that you will not be performing the jutsu itself, which means I will describe them for you, show you whats going on. We will discuss how to use such jutsu within our battle system here on NB. Situations and concept of how you would use it, it is vital that you understand how it works and when to use it, how to defend as well as creating a strategy. Therefore you would become a better rper. This is more or less like a discussion type training, so please pay attention to what I am asking of you. If you do not understand, ask!
Lastly, If you have not noticed yet, I am a moderator on the base. My time is not too limited, though it will be at times. I ask you please do not vm/pm me about replying to training as I have all the training threads subscribed. I will know when you have replied and I will do so when I have the time. Because of my duties in real life, I have set out a training schedule which I think it’s fair to both you and I. I will post my replies mostly on Tuesday through Thursday, while I will use Monday and Friday for me to have what I call “fun day” for myself. I usually do not log in during the weekends. What I am saying is just expect replies on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I might reply on Mondays and Fridays as well but that is not a guarantee. My GMT is -5, this is just to inform you of my online time. Let me know if you agree!

U_U I do too. xd I did copy and paste, and you said it's not allowed, but I read and know the answers to everything but I felt that it would be better copy and pasting because you would have trouble understanding what I would be trying to say. What is Ninjutsu - Ninjutsu, most of the time, relies on chakra and hand seals to be effective. The hands are put in sequential positions that moulds and manipulates chakra in the necessary manner to perform a technique. This is not always needed, however, and some techniques become second nature to experienced ninja, after which they can perform them at will. is a term referring to almost any technique and allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing, including the usage of weapons. Unlike genjutsu, which makes the opponent see illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are real. They vary greatly in purpose, with the simpler ninjutsu serving such tasks as transforming the user or allowing them to evade attacks. These techniques are often second-nature for experienced shinobi, who can use them at will. More complex ninjutsu manipulate one's surroundings or utilise the elements, respectively serving such tasks as healing others or manipulating nature. There is Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Sealing techniques, Taijutsu, Bloodlines, etc.

Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, the chakra can then be manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire or creating illusions. You can have different types of Chakra, let's say if you combine Earth and Water you get Wood. Most ninja have a natural affinity to one type of chakra, but they have the capacity to create elemental chakra apart from their own affinity. There are five basic types, each stronger and weaker to another, but their relations, weaknesses, and strengths to each other are all explored. There is also the dealing of Yin and Yang and the balance of mental and physical energies. In addition to these five elements, certain kekkei genkai can mix elemental chakra to form new natures, for example it is possible to mix water and wind into ice. While many ninja can use more than one type of chakra, very few are able to use them simultaneously.

Lighting can release from your body, it doesn't move as fast as actual lightning which gives the enemy time to react. Lighting release is most common from the Ninja of Kumogakure.

You need to elaborate on all the categories except the last one. Don't get lazy, research every little bit that you can look through. It's important to know exactly what
Chakra and Ninjutsu is as well as the element you are being trained on.

When you hear a lightning strike from the clouds, you can hear it's desctructive power. Also, eventhough it's deadly, it can also paralize a person when struck. Certain types of jutsu's will only be meant to shock another person so that you can gain an opening.

Alright, since it's your first, you need to know certain things before we get into actual jutsu's. This will help you progress through in the future in all your other trainings.
I usually do the pervy sages method on training where i decribe what actually happens when performing a jutsu. But normally they know how chakra is manipulated and how it actually gets to the point of executing a jutsu. Remember what i state below will happen quickly and not slow as you might think.
Doesn't matter if it's raiton or other elements. Ninjutsu is all the same! You are here for raiton which is ninjutsu, just an elemental ninjutsu. Instead of molding raw chakra when performing ninjutsu you are molding elemental ninjutsu. In this case it would be lightning chakra.
In order for you to be able to use jutsu's, you need to first discover your lightning chakra and feel how it works. Think of the properties of lightning, which is quite fast and deadly. Also the electric shocks will paralize you if you are hit. It's sharp and will cut you. There are no types of jutsu's that will do just blunt damage like wind element. IF it's blunt damage then probably secondary effect.
Now you need to know how it works. First once you know what lightning chakra is, you need to mold it. Normally it's done from the stomach. The more you mold the bigger or stronger the jutsu. Sometimes you need hand seals in order to be able to do it. As with all jutsu's its not a good idea to let it sit within you and release it wtihin you or else it would hurt you so you must release it. Right as you release it you are going to use shape manipulation in order for it to take a certain shape. Basically means when a jutsu's description says you are shooting a bolt of lightning at your opponent. You will use shape manipulation to shape it into a bolt of lighting as you release your chakra. That way the jutsu successfully is performed.
The whole idea for this excersize of you meditating is to just do a quick check on if you are able to know what lightning is. It's demonstrated that you do not really know. Hopefully this helps and you understand.
