Dean arrives on the training field, and finds his student there. He must have been waiting quite some time now, as Dean was always late for appointments and such.
"Hey there, the name's Dean Winchester. I will be continuing your Lightning training, and I heard about Kakuzu, it's a shame. He is one of the best. Now, perform the last techniques Kakuzu sensei had taught you. Then from there, we will continue."
Dean awaits him to finish, he remembers his time with Kakuzu sensei, it felt like such a short time ago.

After finishing his talk , Kladara concentrated his chakra and spreaded it on every tenketsu of his body. By vibrating the chakra , he transformed it into a Raiton one , which after a few moments would cover his whole body , as an armour , but in a lighting release version . Now he could protect himself from a few attacks , as it is a D-Rank jutsu .
Should I include Advantages/Disadvantages ? 'Cause you only said me to perform the jutsu . o-o

"Indeed. Alright, good. Kladara, my training method will be somewhat different to what Kakuzu sensei's one was. I will explain the jutsu to you, and I want you to perform it, give me two advantages and disadvantages and also, a way you would use it in battle. If you have question, you can ask.
Ok, for the next jutsu, I want you to form the Tiger → Snake → Dog handseals, and manipulate your Lightning based chakra to release a current of Lightning from your hands towards my clone, shocking him. Various opponents can also be hit with this.
Then for the next jutsu, I want you to release a small surge of Lightning from your hands, it is capable of destroying small rock structures but is ideally used to enhance Water based attacks. Perform a water based jutsu and enhance it with this, if you don't have one, my clone will help you out by performing the Water based jutsu. Send it towards another one of my clones over there."

First jutsu .
Performing the jutsu .
Hearing to Dean , Kladara firstly formed the handseals . Tiger → Snake → Dog . With those handseals he manipulated his chakra into Raiton one and created a decent lighting on his hands .
Advantages .
1 - Can do a lot of damage if you hit yur opponent correctly .
2 - It can hit multiple enemies .
Disadvantages .
1 - It needs handseals . The enemy can gain time to react when you are forming the handseals .
2 - The opponent can perform another wind jutsu that can avoid this jutsu .
Using it in battle .
Seeing Dean's clone dashing to him , Kladara quickly created small pillars of earth to make it harder for the clone to walk . Throwing three shurikens to make it harder for him , Kladara now manipulated the chakra and created a lighting on his hand , and quickly attacked the clone with it , shocking him .
Second Jutsu
Performing the jutsu .
Taking a short break after he killed the clone , Kladara once again focused chakra and created a surge of lighting and released it . Then he saw the clone and made him a sign , which the latter immeditaly understood and performed a water jutsu , and mixed them together to incerase the attack prowess .
Advantages .
1 - Water techs can enhance it .
2 - No handseals required , thus easy to use .
Disadvantages .
1 - Manipulating Fire and Wind would completely swallow this jutsu .
2 - It isn't that versatile when you don't have any Suiton tech . (Like my case xD)
Using it in battle .
Repeating the process , Kladara created a small surge of lighting and mixed it with a water jutsu of your clone . Now to send it on another clone , seeing how the water can be fast , the lighting attack will have a lot of possibility to hit the clone . Doing so , Kladara managed to succedded .

Disadvantages .
1 - Leaves you vulnerable to Suiton techs .
2 - It only works for a single attack , meaning if the opponent intends to attack you with multiple clones , you have no chance on protecting yourself from all of them .

I want you to form the Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together, and release a wave of Lightning at those cliffs, causing them to dislodge and fall onto my clone. A pretty cool jutsu, though it can only be used if your opponent is near rocks that you can dislodge to fall onto him. Now, use it whilst my clone is standing there, he doesn't know what's gonna hit him!"

Kladara performs the required handseals Snake > Tiger and clap hands . After gathering enough chakra he releases it as a lighting wave which causes nearby rock structures to dislodge and fall down .
Advantages .
1 - It is very helpful , since it's kinda hard to dodge .
2 - Hm , ... You make several clones and they use the same jutsu to make a mid sized cliff to dislodge .
Disadvantages
1 - Your foe needs to be near rock structures or near a small cliff .

"Okay, for the next jutsu. I want you to point your hand forward, much like you are holding out a sword, then manipulate your Lightning based chakra. After that, it will start glowing in a pale yellow color, and then I want you to release these Lightning bolts from your hand, in the shape of a horn using shape manipulation. This will spread outwards as it heads towards your opponent, allowing it to be used attack multiple enemies. Use it on my clones over there, they are a group of conspiring fools! Shock them Kladara!"
Dean creates a few clones that move over a few meters and start to conspire something sinister.

Getting inspired by senpai's words , Kladara raised his hand forward , like he was holding a kunai . He then started to as much chakra as he could to make the attack strong . When he felt the need to release the chakra , he used Nature Manipulation to turn the chakra into a lighting one , and then Shape Manipulation to create lighting bolts , but in the shape of a horn . He then released the lighting in a shape of horn towards the distracted clones , as it spreaded outwards . After all these techniques he had performed so far , Kladara felt a little tiredness , but it was nothing for him since he was used to it .
Advantages
1 - It can hit multiple targest , this helps if the enemy has some clones with him .
2 - The fact that it is in the shape of a horn , I think it may be fatal for anyone who gets hit , since he gets stabbed .
Disadvantages
1 - When you point your hand and a yellow glow appears , the enemy may notice that you're up to something , so they will try to escape .
2 - Any wind jutsu can counter this .

Dean spots a sword that's in a rock, Dean then moves towards it to take it out for Kladara.
"Ugh, damn sword."

Kladara facepalmed seeing how Dean failed to take the sword . (Funny gif too xD) Then Kladara took the sword , and gathered chakra on his body , while releasing it he used Nature Manipulation to turn it into lighting . (Guess Shape Manipulation isn't needed because the chakra will just channel into the sword) . Raising his hand and levitated the sword in front of himself , and made two other copies (with Raiton chakra) of the sword . Maipulating them to spin , Kladara firstly lanuched the first one to your clone by pointing his hand forward , then the other one by raising his hand and the last one by lowering his hand . "Nice jutsu I must say . The main advantage of this technique , is that you have three chances to hit your enemy , thus three swords . The fact that lighting incerases the harshness of a sword/stab , is a plus too . The disadvantage is that it can be blocked , firstly if you use Wind to counter it , it will not only counter the Raiton , but it will send away the swords too . Another one is that when you have three swords comes with less accuracy " Finishing those lines , Kladara started to tell how would he use them in an actual battle . "Though it's hard to find an enemy to get hit so easy , I guess most likely I'd use a genjutsu to manipulate his sense of sight , this leaving him vulnerable."

Firstly , let's say the the distance between Kladara and the clones is 10 meters . When the clones are dashing , Kladara quickly manipulated lighting chakra on his right hand . By using nature manipulation he transformed the chakra into a lighting which would then cover his arm . Then he generated electrical bolts around his forearm . Now that your clones reduced the distance up to 5 meters , Kladara quickly acted and slammed his palm with all his force , which then would release the lighting and create an omni-directional blast . This defeated all your clones .
After doing such thing , Kladara turned to his sensei and started to speak "For the advantages , I'd say that if you catch your enemy within 5 meters , it's hard to dodge for them . Also this jutsu works best when your enemy sends clones at you , meaning that this jutsu allows you to get rid of them and concentrate to your enemy . I guess the disadvantage is the short range , 5 meters . Any senseory/Sharingan user can predict your next move and quickly fall back or not let you do it . Any wind jutsu can also disperse the lighting circle .
To use this on battle , I think I would mostly use this when the enemy sens clones . This way I'd not waste my own time to beat them with Taijutsu or other techniques which would waste time , but just use this one to destroy them all ."

Slowly rising his right hand , Kladara performed the Ox handseal and pointed his hands outwards . Whilst doing this he had already manipulated lighting chakra and used shape manipulation to the chakra to create a lighting wall that would block anyone's way . This was only a practice . Kladara back flipped a little and saw a clone dashing to him with a high speed . Doing the same process , performing the Ox handseal and focusing chakra , he again created a lighting wall . This electrocuted the clone so much that he took a few steps back and fell down .
Turning his head to sensei , he started to talk with his face that showed a little tiredness "This isn't the most smart way though , I'd probably use this one if many clones come to me , or if the original enemy comes to me . The biggest advantage of this technique is that you will always catch your enemy . Don't misunderstand . After that, form it into a half dome shape before you, that can be pushed forward, only up to short range of you (5 meters). This "dome" of Lightning is capable of shocking an opponent and also, push an opponent back with physical momentum. Use it against my clone that is rushing towards you!"
Dean creates a clone that dashes towards Kladara.
"After that, gather some Lightning chakra in your dominant hand, and use shape manipulation to form a sphere of pure Lightning around your hand, using shape manipulation. After doing so, you can punch a target and release it in the form of a localized electrical explosion. Use it against my poor old clone."
Dean's clone stands over there, to the right, eating a snickers.
"Okay, for the next one. I want you to manipulate your Lightning based chakra, and mold it. Taking portion of his chakra , after that he raised his both hands and started to release the chakra . By using nature manipulation he created the lighting , and by shape manipulation he created the form of a dome or cube of lighting . Now this lighting structure can be pushed toward the clone Dean made , that if it hits him , it would shock him or even pushing him with momentum , which I think would do some damage .
I think this mainly is used on short range . The advantage of this is that if it hits your enemy , you can always perform another attack and hit him , because he wont be able to react from it since the momentum of the lighting . Anotehr advantage is that your clones may be able to perform the jutsu too , if you create three clones , you have in total 4 domes and lanuch them to enemy . The disadvantage of this is that the enemy needs to be in short range , 5 meters . This can also be countered with wind techniques .
I most likely would use this technique in close combat , when I see the enemy is vulnerable to any attack , I will use this jutsu to form a dome of lighting and send it to him . This would keep him busy , meaning he would again be vulnerable to another attack , which might result him a death ...
After doing this , Kladara jumped back a little and started to gather lighting chakra ontio his right hand . Releasing this , he used shape to give the lighting a form of sphere . This sphere is made of lighting (mr.sherlock ._.) , and it can shock your enemy in most of cases .
Now ... about the advantages I would say this is the same as the jutsu above , if it hits your enemy he will be pushed away . But this may not always happen . This lighting can cause an explosion , this damaging the enemy in most cases . But this explosion can also block the sight of enemy . So i guess this technique has more disadvantages than advantages . The worst disadvantage is that you need to punch your enemy , thing that would not be easy . And if it requires to punch the enemy , the moment you release it and it forms an explosion , you might be caught on it too . (possibly) .
I would combine this jutsu with a water one . The water sends this lighting sphere to your enemy , causing a small blast , and you would be safe from it . This also would cover a mid range .

"Okay, now, I want you to raise your hand into the air, and release a surge of Lightning towards it after manipulating your Lightning chakra. Then, this would allow you to create a Lightning strike in a desired location up to mid range, on the battlefield. A weapon can also be raised instead of a hand. Very useful and fast too. Use it to shock my clone over there."
Dean creates a clone who walks away from where Kladara and Dean are situated.
"Then, form the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare handseals, and release your Lightning chakra into the ground, using it to shape four large pillars around the opponent. These pillars would then unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to the opponent, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the him from all around. Try it on the clone."
Dean creates a clone that waits for Kladara's offense.
"Okay, now, I want you to raise your hand into the air, and release a surge of Lightning towards it after manipulating your Lightning chakra.
