Bolt can only do one or the other , like Kakashi.

I mean chidori is a difficult jutsu, rasengan is just basic chakra control and rotation.

Did you just call Rasengan basic chakra control and rotation? Bruh you have no idea what you are talking about.

Anyway, Rasengan > Chidori or they are about equal in terms of usuge.

The training basically says all. Any further questions just brings about the manga scans.
